تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ميداني - ميكانيكي (Field Engineer - Mechanical) للإشراف على أنشطة البناء الميكانيكي والإشراف عليها في مشروع تطوير كبير الحجم بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المرشح الناجح ضمان تركيب واختبار وتشغيل جميع الأنظمة الميكانيكية وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية والكودات المعمول بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف والتفتيش على أعمال الإنشاءات الميكانيكية لضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- مراقبة أنشطة التركيب المتعلقة بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، وشبكات المياه المبردة، وأنظمة التهوية، والسباكة، والصرف، وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق، وأنظمة غاز البترول المسال، وأنظمة الوقود، والبنية التحتية الميكانيكية المرتبطة بها.
- مراجعة الرسومات التفصيلية للمقاولين، وتقديم المواد، وبيانات الطريقة، والتقديمات الفنية المتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية.
- التحقق من أن المعدات والمواد الميكانيكية تتوافق مع التقديمات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة لضمان جودة الصنعة والالتزام بمعايير التركيب المعتمدة.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وتقدم الإنشاءات مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- تنسيق الأعمال الميكانيكية مع الأنظمة المعمارية والإنشائية والكهربائية والتخصصية لتجنب التعارضات ومشكلات الواجهات.
- الإشراف على أعمال الفحص والاختبار بما في ذلك اختبارات الضغط، وعمليات الغسيل، وأنشطة التوازن، وإجراءات التشغيل.
- مراجعة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والاستفسارات الفنية وطلبات التغيير الميدانية.
- ضمان تنفيذ متطلبات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) لجميع التركيبات الميكانيكية.
- مراقبة الامتثال للمعايير الدولية واللوائح المحلية وتوصيات المصنعين ومواصفات المشروع.
- تحديد المشكلات الفنية والقيود الإنشائية وحالات عدم المطابقة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التحقق من قياسات الكميات والأعمال المنجزة لأغراض تقارير التقدم وشهادات الدفع.
- دعم فرق مراقبة المشاريع وإعداد التقارير بتحديثات دقيقة عن التقدم.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وورش العمل الفنية واجتماعات التنسيق والتفتيشات الميدانية.
- ضمان تنفيذ متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) أثناء جميع الأنشطة الميكانيكية.
- المساعدة في إدارة أنشطة إزالة العيوب المتعلقة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- مراقبة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والاختبار المتكامل للأنظمة والتحقق من الأداء.
- دعم جاهزية التشغيل والتدريب وتسليم الأنظمة الميكانيكية للعميل والمستخدمين النهائيين.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تفتيش دقيقة وتقارير ووثائق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الهندسة الميكانيكية والإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس ميداني ميكانيكي أو مهندس موقع ميكانيكي أو مفتش ميكانيكي في مشاريع بناء كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المباني واسعة النطاق ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والتطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات والمجمعات التجارية أو مشاريع الضيافة.
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة في بيئات الإشراف على المواقع الاستشارية أو إدارة المشاريع أو الاستشارات الهندسية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، وأنظمة المياه المبردة، والسباكة، والصرف، وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق، وخدمات المباني الميكانيكية.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات التفصيلية الميكانيكية وتقديم المواد وبيانات الطريقة والوثائق الفنية.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية مثل ASHRAE وNFPA وSMACNA وIPC والكودات واللوائح السعودية ذات الصلة.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الاختبار والضبط والموازنة (TAB) والتشغيل والتسليم.
- يفضل الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وتقنيات المباني الذكية.
- الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة وعمليات التفتيش وممارسات إدارة الإنشاءات.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- مهارات تحليلية وفنية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإعداد التقارير.
- العضوية في مؤسسة هندسية مهنية معترف بها تعتبر ميزة.

Your role
- Supervise and inspect mechanical construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Monitor installation activities related to HVAC systems, chilled water networks, ventilation systems, plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, LPG systems, fuel systems, and associated mechanical infrastructure.
- Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions related to mechanical works.
- Verify that mechanical equipment and materials comply with approved submittals and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved installation standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, electrical, and specialist systems to avoid clashes and interface issues.
- Witness inspections, testing activities, pressure tests, flushing operations, balancing activities, and commissioning procedures.
- Review Requests for Information (RFIs), technical clarifications, and field change requests.
- Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements for all mechanical installations.
- Monitor compliance with international standards, local regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and project specifications.
- Identify technical issues, construction constraints, and non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify quantity measurements and completed works for progress reporting and payment certification purposes.
- Support project controls and reporting teams by providing accurate progress updates.
- Participate in project meetings, technical workshops, coordination meetings, and site inspections.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements are implemented during all mechanical activities.
- Assist in managing snagging and de-snagging activities related to mechanical systems.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, integrated system testing, and performance verification activities.
- Support operational readiness, training, and handover of mechanical systems to the client and end users.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and project documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall professional experience in mechanical engineering and construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Field Engineer, Mechanical Site Engineer, or Mechanical Inspector on major building projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, commercial complexes, or hospitality projects.
- Experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, and mechanical building services.
- Experience reviewing mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with international standards including ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, and relevant Saudi codes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and handover processes.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) integration and smart building technologies is desirable.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and construction management practices.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
