تسعى شركة أتكينز ريليس (AtkinsRéalis) إلى توظيف مهندس معماري متخصص في تنسيق المواقع (Architect - Landscaping) للإشراف على أعمال الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية والمواقع في مشروع تطوير كبير بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نحن نبحث عن مهندس معماري متمرس في مجال تنسيق المواقع للإشراف على أعمال البناء والتشغيل الخاصة بالمناظر الطبيعية، مع ضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات الاستدامة ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية للمشروع. سيعمل المرشح الناجح بشكل وثيق مع المهندس المقيم واستشاريي المناظر الطبيعية والمقاولين والمهندسين المعماريين وفرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات، لتحقيق بيئات خارجية عالية الجودة تعزز الوظيفة والجماليات والاستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أعمال بناء تنسيق المواقع ومراقبتها لضمان الامتثال للمخططات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد المعتمدة.
- مراجعة التصاميم المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية والمخططات التفصيلية (shop drawings) ومستندات المواد والوثائق الفنية.
- تفقد ومراقبة أعمال الهاردسكيب (hardscape) بما في ذلك الرصف والساحات والممرات والجدران الاستنادية وأثاث المواقع والنوافير والمرافق الترفيهية الخارجية.
- الإشراف على أعمال السوفتسكيب (softscape) بما في ذلك التشجير وأنظمة الري والتركيب العشبي والأشجار والشجيرات والغطاء الأرضي وأحواض الزراعة.
- ضمان امتثال أعمال تنسيق المواقع للهدف التصميمي المعتمد وأهداف الاستدامة ومعايير الجودة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية والمدنية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والبنية التحتية والري لحل مشكلات التداخل والتنسيق.
- مراجعة بيانات الطرق التنفيذية (method statements) وإجراءات العمل وتقديمات المواد المتعلقة بأعمال تنسيق المواقع.
- التحقق من مطابقة مواد تنسيق المواقع والنباتات ومعدات الري وتجهيزات المواقع للمواصفات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول وتقدم العمل مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة لأعمال تنسيق المواقع.
- إجراء تفقدات دورية للموقع وإعداد تقارير التفتيش وملاحظات الموقع وتحديثات التقدم.
- ضمان تنفيذ الإعداد المناسب للموقع ومعالجة التربة والتسوية والصرف وتركيبات الري وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع.
- مراقبة تطبيق ممارسات تنسيق المواقع المستدامة وتدابير ترشيد استهلاك المياه والمتطلبات البيئية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق للمشروع وجلسات مراجعة التصميم واجتماعات متابعة التقدم.
- دعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة المتعلقة بتركيبات تنسيق المواقع.
- تحديد العيوب وعدم المطابقة ومشكلات جودة العمل والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التنسيق لاختبارات تنسيق المواقع وتشغيل أنظمة الري وفحوصات تأسيس النباتات.
- المساعدة في إغلاق قوائم العيوب (snagging/de-snagging/punch-list) وفحوصات القبول النهائي.
- دعم أنشطة تسليم المشروع وضمان اكتمال جميع وثائق تنسيق المواقع وسجلات 'كما تم البناء' (as-built).
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) أثناء أعمال بناء تنسيق المواقع.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للفحوصات والموافقات ونتائج الاختبارات والمراسلات المتعلقة بالموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الحضري أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو بناء تنسيق المواقع أو الإشراف الموقعي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف على أعمال تنسيق المواقع أو مشاريع بناء المناظر الطبيعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع التطوير واسعة النطاق أو مشاريع الضيافة أو المنتجعات أو مراكز المؤتمرات أو التطوير متعدد الاستخدامات أو المشاريع العامة أو الحدائق الحضرية أو التطوير التجاري.
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة في بيئات الاستشارات الهندسية للإشراف الموقعي (Site Supervision Consultancy) أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات الهندسية الأخرى.
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات بناء تنسيق المواقع وأعمال الهاردسكيب والسوفتسكيب وأنظمة الري وتطوير المواقع.
- خبرة في مراجعة المخططات التفصيلية لتنسيق المواقع وتقديمات المواد وخطط الزراعة وتصاميم الري.
- الإلمام بمبادئ تصميم المناظر الطبيعية المستدامة وممارسات تنسيق المواقع الموفرة للمياه.
- معرفة المعايير والمواصفات المحلية والدولية لتنسيق المواقع وأفضل الممارسات.
- فهم اختيار النباتات وتقنيات الزراعة وإعداد التربة ومتطلبات الري المناسبة للمناخات الجافة.
- خبرة في مراقبة الجودة والفحوصات والاختبارات وتشغيل أنظمة تنسيق المواقع.
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج العربي.
- إتقان برامج AutoCAD وCivil 3D وAdobe Creative Suite وMicrosoft Office وغيرها من البرامج ذات الصلة بتنسيق المواقع (يعتبر ميزة).
- مهارات تواصل وتقارير وعروض تقديمية ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ ومهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Your role
- Supervise and monitor landscape construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Review landscape architectural designs, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation.
- Inspect and monitor hardscape works including paving, plazas, walkways, retaining walls, site furniture, water features, and outdoor recreational facilities.
- Supervise softscape works including planting, irrigation systems, turf installation, trees, shrubs, ground cover, and planting beds.
- Ensure landscape works comply with approved design intent, sustainability objectives, and project quality standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, civil, structural, MEP, irrigation, and infrastructure teams to resolve interface and coordination issues.
- Review contractor method statements, work procedures, and material submittals related to landscape works.
- Verify compliance of landscape materials, plants, irrigation equipment, and site furnishings with approved specifications.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress against approved landscape construction schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports, site observations, and progress updates.
- Ensure appropriate site preparation, soil treatments, grading, drainage, and irrigation installations are completed according to project requirements.
- Monitor implementation of sustainable landscaping practices, water conservation measures, and environmental requirements.
- Participate in project coordination meetings, design review sessions, and progress meetings.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities related to landscape installations.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and workmanship issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate landscape testing, irrigation commissioning, and plant establishment inspections.
- Assist with snagging, de-snagging, punch-list closure, and final acceptance inspections.
- Support project handover activities and ensure all landscape documentation and as-built records are complete.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements during landscape construction works.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, testing results, and site correspondence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall professional experience in landscape architecture, landscape construction, or site supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape supervision or landscape architectural construction projects.
- Proven experience on large-scale developments, hospitality projects, resorts, convention centers, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, urban parks, or commercial developments.
- Experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methodologies, hardscape and softscape works, irrigation systems, and site development.
- Experience reviewing landscape shop drawings, material submittals, planting plans, and irrigation designs.
- Familiarity with sustainable landscape design principles and water-efficient landscaping practices.
- Knowledge of local and international landscape standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Understanding of plant selection, planting techniques, soil preparation, and irrigation requirements suitable for arid climates.
- Experience in quality control, inspections, testing, and commissioning of landscape systems.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other landscape-related software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
