في AtkinsRéalis، نبحث عن مهندس BIM/GIS للانضمام إلى فريقنا في منطقة الرياض، للمساهمة في إدارة نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) خلال مرحلة الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع التطويرية الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة نماذج BIM المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والبنية التحتية للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها ومطابقتها.
- المساعدة في تنسيق النماذج متعددة التخصصات وتحديد التعارضات والتناقضات ومشكلات قابلية التنفيذ.
- دعم صيانة وتحديث النماذج الموحدة (Federated Models) طوال دورة حياة المشروع الإنشائي.
- التحقق من تضمين التغييرات التصميمية المعتمدة والتعديلات الميدانية في نماذج BIM.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق BIM والمساهمة في حل المشكلات الفنية.
- صيانة قواعد بيانات GIS التي تحتوي على المعلومات الجغرافية للمشروع وسجلات المرافق وبيانات الموقع.
- معالجة وتحديث والتحقق من صحة البيانات الجغرافية من المسوحات والتحقيقات الميدانية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إعداد الخرائط والتحليلات المكانية وتقارير GIS لدعم مراقبة التنفيذ واتخاذ القرارات.
- ضمان امتثال مجموعات بيانات GIS لمعايير المشروع ومتطلبات إدارة المعلومات.
- دعم دمج معلومات GIS مع نماذج BIM والمنصات الرقمية للمشروع.
- المساعدة في إدارة معلومات المشروع ضمن بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE).
- مراقبة سير العمل في المستندات الرقمية وضمان تسليم مخرجات BIM وGIS في الوقت المحدد.
- صيانة هياكل بيانات المشروع وأعراف التسمية والسجلات الرقمية وفقاً لمعايير المشروع.
- دعم تنسيق تبادل المعلومات بين الاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق الإشراف.
- ضمان دقة المعلومات الرقمية وسهولة الوصول إليها والتحكم بها بشكل مناسب.
- التحقق من أن مخرجات BIM وGIS تتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية والمعايير المعتمدة.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية على جودة النماذج وسلامة البيانات ودقة المعلومات.
- المساعدة في تدقيق BIM وGIS لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات المشروع ومتطلبات العميل.
- مراقبة إغلاق المشكلات المحددة أثناء مراجعات النماذج وجلسات التنسيق.
- دعم تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المتعلقة بالمخرجات الرقمية غير المطابقة.
- دعم فرق الإشراف الميداني بتوفير معلومات BIM وGIS اللازمة لمراقبة التنفيذ.
- المساعدة في التحقق من تقدم التنفيذ مقابل النماذج الرقمية وبيانات المشروع.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمفتشين لالتقاط وتحديث التغييرات الميدانية في منصات BIM وGIS.
- دعم التصور الرقمي وتتبع التقدم وأنشطة إعداد التقارير طوال تنفيذ المشروع.
- المساعدة في صيانة معلومات (As-Built) الدقيقة لإغلاق المشروع وتسليمه.
- التنسيق مع ممثلي العميل والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمساحين وفرق المشروع بشأن قضايا BIM وGIS.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق الفني وتقديم تحديثات حول أنشطة التسليم الرقمي.
- دعم حل مشكلات التنسيق التي تؤثر على إدارة معلومات المشروع وجودة النماذج.
- مساعدة تخصصات المشروع في استخدام أدوات BIM وGIS لتحسين التعاون وتسليم المشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني لأفراد المشروع بشأن متطلبات الهندسة الرقمية.
- إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن تنسيق BIM وأنشطة GIS وأداء الامتثال الرقمي.
- صيانة سجلات مراجعات النماذج وتقارير كشف التعارضات وتحديثات GIS وإجراءات التنسيق.
- مراجعة مخرجات BIM وGIS المقدمة من المقاولين والتحقق من امتثالها لمتطلبات المشروع.
- تتبع مؤشرات أداء الهندسة الرقمية وإبلاغ إدارة المشروع بالنتائج.
- ضمان الأرشفة والصيانة المناسبة للسجلات والوثائق الرقمية للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو الجيوماتكس أو نظم المعلومات الجغرافية أو المساحة أو إدارة التشييد أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في BIM أو GIS أو الهندسة الرقمية.
- يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة في Autodesk Revit أو Navisworks أو ArcGIS أو برامج مكافئة.
- ميزة إضافية لوجود تدريب في تنسيق BIM وتطبيقات GIS وأنظمة إدارة المعلومات.
- يفضل الانتماء إلى منظمة مهنية معترف بها في الهندسة أو BIM أو GIS.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في BIM أو GIS أو الهندسة الرقمية أو إدارة المعلومات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع إنشائية كبرى أو استشارات هندسية أو استشارات إشراف ميداني.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المباني واسعة النطاق ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة قوية في تنسيق BIM ومراجعة النماذج وكشف التعارضات وإدارة بيانات GIS.
- يفضّل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة

The BIM/GIS Engineer will support the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) processes throughout the construction supervision phase of major development projects. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate digital models and geospatial data, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, monitoring information management requirements, and ensuring compliance with project BIM and GIS standards.
Your role
BIM Coordination and Management
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure BIM models for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist in multidisciplinary model coordination and identify clashes, inconsistencies, and constructability issues.
- Support maintenance and updating of federated models throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Verify incorporation of approved design changes and field modifications into BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to the resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain GIS databases containing project geospatial information, utility records, and site data.
- Process, update, and validate geospatial information obtained from surveys, site investigations, and project stakeholders.
- Develop maps, spatial analyses, and GIS reports to support construction monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure GIS datasets comply with project standards and information management requirements.
- Support integration of GIS information with BIM models and project digital platforms.
- Assist in managing project information within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Monitor digital document workflows and ensure timely submission of BIM and GIS deliverables.
- Maintain project data structures, naming conventions, and digital records in accordance with project standards.
- Support coordination of information exchange between consultants, contractors, and supervision teams.
- Ensure project digital information remains accurate, accessible, and properly controlled.
- Verify BIM and GIS deliverables comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, and approved standards.
- Conduct regular checks on model quality, data integrity, and information accuracy.
- Assist in BIM and GIS audits to ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements.
- Monitor closure of issues identified during model reviews and coordination sessions.
- Support implementation of corrective actions related to non-compliant digital deliverables.
- Support site supervision teams by providing BIM and GIS information required for construction monitoring.
- Assist in verifying construction progress against digital models and project data.
- Coordinate with engineers and inspectors to capture and update site changes in BIM and GIS platforms.
- Support digital visualization, progress tracking, and reporting activities throughout project execution.
- Assist in maintaining accurate as-built information for project closeout and handover.
- Coordinate with Client representatives, consultants, contractors, surveyors, and project teams on BIM and GIS matters.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings and provide updates on digital delivery activities.
- Support resolution of coordination issues affecting project information management and model quality.
- Assist project disciplines in utilizing BIM and GIS tools for improved collaboration and project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to project personnel regarding digital engineering requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on BIM coordination, GIS activities, and digital compliance performance.
- Maintain records of model reviews, clash detection reports, GIS updates, and coordination actions.
- Review contractor BIM and GIS submissions and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Track digital engineering performance indicators and communicate findings to project management.
- Ensure proper archiving and maintenance of project digital records and documentation.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, GIS, Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in BIM, GIS, or Digital Engineering is preferred.
- Certification in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArcGIS, or equivalent software is highly desirable.
- Training in BIM coordination, GIS applications, and information management systems is advantageous.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering, BIM, or GIS organization is preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in BIM, GIS, digital engineering, or information management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on large construction, engineering consultancy, or site supervision consultancy projects.
- Proven experience on large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience in BIM coordination, model review, clash detection, and GIS data management.
- Previous GCC experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes, information management principles, and GIS applications.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ArcGIS, and related software.
- Experience in clash detection, model federation, digital coordination, and construction information management.
- Understanding of GIS databases, spatial analysis, geospatial mapping, and survey integration techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
