شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير مساحة (Survey Manager) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. انضم إلى فريق عمل استثنائي وساهم في إدارة المسوحات لأحد برامج المطارات الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- وضع وتنفيذ إجراءات ومعايير المساحة وبروتوكولات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لبرنامج المطار
- تطوير خطط المساحة وشبكات المراقبة وأطر التقارير بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل والمشروع
- ضمان تكامل بيانات المساحة مع سير عمل التصميم والبناء والتشغيل
- الإشراف على المسوحات الطبوغرافية والإنشائية والجغرافية المكانية للبنية التحتية للمطار، بما يشمل المحطات وساحات الطائرات والممرات والمدارج والمرافق المساعدة
- إدارة فرق المساحة الميدانية لضمان جمع البيانات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
- ضمان استيفاء مخرجات المساحة لمعايير الطيران والمتطلبات التعاقدية وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة
- ضمان معالجة بيانات المساحة والتحقق منها وتسليمها بدقة لفرق التصميم والهندسة والبناء
- تنفيذ وصيانة قواعد بيانات المساحة ومنصات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والنماذج الرقمية لتنسيق المشروع
- إعداد تقارير على المستوى التنفيذي ولوحات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لكبار القياديين وأصحاب المصلحة
- تحديد المخاطر المتعلقة بالمساحة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف لمنع الأخطاء أو التأخير
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير سلامة الطيران والمتطلبات التنظيمية وأفضل ممارسات المساحة
- إجراء مراجعات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لبيانات وإجراءات المساحة
- الاستفادة من تقنيات المساحة المتقدمة مثل المحطات الشاملة وأجهزة GNSS/GPS وأنظمة LiDAR والطائرات بدون طيار والمسح بالليزر ثلاثي الأبعاد
- تقديم أدوات رقمية وعمليات آلية لتعزيز دقة وكفاءة وتكامل المساحة
- دعم مبادرات نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) والتوأم الرقمي ببيانات جغرافية مكانية دقيقة
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق مساحة متعدد التخصصات وتعزيز التميز الفني والتعاون
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء ودعم التطوير المهني والشهادات والتدريب
- تعزيز ثقافة الدقة والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة والبناء ومراقبة المشروع والتشغيل
- التواصل مع سلطات المطار والجهات الحكومية والمقاولين والاستشاريين لحل القضايا المتعلقة بالمساحة
- ضمان توافق استراتيجيات المساحة مع معالم المشروع وممارسات التشغيل الآمنة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المساحة أو الهندسة المدنية أو الجيوماتكس أو مجال ذي صلة
- يفضل درجة الماجستير أو شهادة متخصصة في إدارة المساحة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المساحة لمشاريع المطارات أو المهابط أو البنية التحتية للطيران
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق المساحة في مشاريع مدنية أو طيران واسعة النطاق
- خبرة قوية في المسوحات الطبوغرافية والإنشائية والجغرافية المكانية ومسوحات المخططات كما بنيت
- إتقان على مستوى خبير لأجهزة المساحة وأنظمة GNSS/GPS والمحطات الشاملة وLiDAR والطائرات بدون طيار وبرامج GIS
- فهم متين لتسلسل بناء المطارات ومعايير تصميم المهابط ومتطلبات سلامة الطيران
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية واتصالية قوية
- معرفة معايير جودة المساحة وبروتوكولات المعايرة وتقنيات التحقق من البيانات
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادات مهنية مثل RICS أو CPEng أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة في BIM والنمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد ومنصات المساحة الرقمية
- معرفة معايير FIDIC أو ما يماثلها في عقود مشاريع البناء
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وفي بيئة سريعة الخطى مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة في برامج المطارات

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Survey Manager to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish, implement, and enforce surveying procedures, standards, and QA/QC protocols for the airport program.
- Develop survey plans, control networks, and reporting frameworks aligned with client and project requirements.
- Ensure integration of survey data with design, construction, and operational workflows.
- Oversee topographic, construction, and geospatial surveys for airfield infrastructure, terminals, aprons, taxiways, runways, and ancillary facilities.
- Manage field survey teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Ensure survey deliverables meet aviation standards, contractual requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure accurate processing, validation, and delivery of survey data to design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Implement and maintain survey databases, GIS platforms, and digital models for project coordination.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify survey-related risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent errors or delays.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and survey best practices.
- Conduct QA/QC audits of survey data and procedures.
- Leverage advanced survey technologies such as total stations, GNSS/GPS, LiDAR, UAVs, and 3D laser scanning.
- Introduce digital tools and automated processes to enhance survey accuracy, efficiency, and integration.
- Support BIM and digital twin initiatives with accurate geospatial data.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary survey team, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development, certifications, and training.
- Promote a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, project controls, and operations teams.
- Liaise with airport authorities, government agencies, contractors, and consultants to resolve survey-related issues.
- Ensure survey strategies support project milestones and safe operational practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or specialized certification in survey management preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in surveying for airport, airfield, or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing survey teams on large-scale civil or aviation projects.
- Strong expertise in topographic, construction, geospatial, and as-built surveys.
- Expert-level proficiency with survey instruments, GNSS/GPS, total stations, LiDAR, UAVs, and GIS software.
- Solid understanding of airport construction sequencing, airfield design standards, and aviation safety requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of surveying quality standards, calibration protocols, and data validation techniques.
- Professional certifications: RICS, CPEng, or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM, 3D modeling, and digital surveying platforms.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract standards in construction projects.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder airport programs.
