تعلن شركة ألستوم (Alstom) عن توفر وظيفة مشغل برامج CAD للسكك الحديدية (Track & Third Rail CAD Operator) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في مشروع تمديد خط 2 لمترو الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستتولى دوراً محورياً في دعم تصميم ودمج أنظمة المسار والسكة الثالثة لمشروع تمديد خط 2 لمترو الرياض. ستعمل يومياً مع فرق متعددة تشمل الإشارات والاتصالات والمدني والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) ونظام الجر الكهربائي والمقاولين، لضمان إنتاج وتنسيق وصيانة رسومات CAD ونماذج BIM عالية الجودة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنتاج وتحديث رسومات CAD لأنظمة المسار والسكة الثالثة، بما في ذلك المخططات والمقاطع التفصيلية وتفاصيل التركيب باستخدام AutoCAD وCivil 3D.
- تطوير وصيانة نماذج BIM ثلاثية الأبعاد لأنظمة المسار والسكة الثالثة 750V DC.
- إدارة معلومات التصميم داخل بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) وتطبيق عمليات الترميز والتحكم في الوثائق.
- تنسيق واجهات المسار والسكة الثالثة مع تخصصات الأشغال المدنية والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) والإشارات والاتصالات ونظام الجر الكهربائي.
- إجراء دمج النماذج واكتشاف التصادمات والتحقق من الخلوص باستخدام Navisworks.
- دعم اجتماعات التنسيق والدمج متعدد التخصصات.
- مراجعة وتحديث نماذج التصميم بناءً على ملاحظات المهندسين وظروف الموقع ومتطلبات المشروع.
- ضمان الاتساق بين الرسومات ونماذج BIM ووثائق التصميم المعتمدة.
- إدارة مراجعات التصميم وتحديثات التكوين وإدراج السجلات كما تم التنفيذ (As-built).
- دعم فرق البناء والتسليم من خلال توفير الرسومات المحدثة ومقتطفات النماذج والدعم الفني أثناء أنشطة التركيب والاختبار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الرسم باستخدام CAD ونمذجة BIM أو وظائف هندسية فنية في مشاريع البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية.
- معرفة بأنظمة المسار والسكة الثالثة، بما في ذلك الواجهات مع الأشغال المدنية وأنظمة السكك الحديدية الأخرى.
- معرفة عمل متعمقة ببرامج Civil 3D وAutoCAD وRevit وNavisworks وProjectWise.
- خبرة في إنتاج رسومات البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية ونماذج BIM لمشاريع المترو والترام وLRT أو الخطوط الرئيسية.
- خبرة في التنسيق متعدد التخصصات ودمج مشاريع السكك الحديدية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية مع القدرة على التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والالتزام بجودة الرسومات ودقة النماذج.
- القدرة على أداء اكتشاف التصادمات ومراجعات النماذج وتنفيذ التعديلات التصميمية حسب الحاجة.

You'll specifically take care of producing and updating Track & 3rd Rail design deliverables, managing model coordination activities, and supporting multidisciplinary interface management, while ensuring compliance with project BIM and document control requirements.

We’ll look to you for:
- Producing and updating Track & 3rd Rail CAD drawings, layouts, sections, and installation details using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models for Trackwork and 750V DC Third Rail systems.
- Managing design information within the Common Data Environment (CDE) and applying project codification and document control processes.Coordinating Track & 3rd Rail interfaces with Civil Works, MEP, Signalling, Communications, and Traction Power disciplines.
- Performing model federation, clash detection, and clearance verification using Navisworks.Supporting multidisciplinary design coordination and integration meetings.
- Reviewing and updating design models based on engineering comments, site conditions, and project requirements.
- Ensuring consistency between drawings, BIM models, and approved design documentation.
- Managing design revisions, configuration updates, and as-built record incorporation.
- Supporting Construction & Delivery teams by providing updated drawings, model extracts, and technical drafting support during installation and testing activities.

- At least 5 years of experience in CAD drafting, BIM modeling, or technical engineering functions on railway infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Trackwork and 3rd Rail systems, including interfaces with Civil Works and other railway systems.
- In-depth working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and ProjectWise.
- Experience producing railway infrastructure drawings and BIM models for Metro, Tram, LRT, or Mainline projects.
- Experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and railway project integration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to drawing quality and model accuracy.
- Ability to perform clash detection, model reviews, and implement design modifications as required.
- Understanding of BIM processes, data management, and Common Data Environment workflows.
- Fluency in English.
