شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس كهربائي - طيران (Electrical Engineer - Aviation) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يدعم المهندس الكهربائي تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ البنية التحتية الكهربائية لمشاريع المطارات وحقول الطيران.
- يضمن امتثال الأنظمة الكهربائية لمعايير الطيران ودعم عمليات المطار الآمنة والموثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة الهندسة الكهربائية عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية للمطارات وحقول الطيران.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين لضمان التصميم والتركيب الصحيح للأنظمة الكهربائية.
- مراقبة تقدم الأعمال الكهربائية وتقديم الدعم الفني أثناء الإنشاء.
- مراجعة و تنسيق الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك: إضاءة أرض المطار (AGL)، أنظمة إضاءة الممرات والمدارج، أنظمة الإضاءة الاقترابية، الغرف الكهربائية للمطار، أنظمة توزيع الطاقة (MV/LV)، أنظمة الطاقة الاحتياطية (مولدات)، أنظمة UPS، المحطات الفرعية والمحولات، أنظمة الإضاءة (المبنى، جانب الأرض، جانب الجو)، أنظمة التأريض والحماية من الصواعق، التنسيق مع أنظمة المساعدات الملاحية.
- مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية الكهربائية والمواصفات والحسابات ورسومات الـ Shop Drawings.
- ضمان التكامل مع الأنظمة المدنية والميكانيكية وأنظمة الاتصالات (ICT).
- التحقق من الامتثال لمعايير تصميم المطارات الدولية.
- مراقبة أعمال التركيب وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات التصميمية.
- مراجعة منهجيات العمل للمقاولين وخطط الفحص والاختبار.
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق الموقعي.
- دعم اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية (Testing & Commissioning).
- المشاركة في أنشطة التجهيز للطاقة والتشغيل (Energization & Operational Readiness).
- ضمان توثيق التسليم السليم (Handover).
- التنسيق مع مشغل المطار وسلطات الطيران والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية وورش التنسيق للمشروع.
- ضمان امتثال الأنظمة الكهربائية لمعايير ICAO، FAA / EASA (إضاءة حقول الطيران)، توصيات IATA، المعايير الكهربائية IEC / IEEE، لوائح السلطات المحلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة في البنية التحتية للمطارات أو مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة.
- يفضل خبرة في أنظمة إضاءة حقول الطيران (Airfield Lighting Systems).
المهارات المطلوبة
- تصميم وتنسيق أنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية.
- معرفة بإضاءة أرض المطار (Airfield Ground Lighting).
- مراجعة التصميمات الكهربائية.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Engineer - Aviation to join our team!
The Electrical Engineer supports the planning, design coordination, and delivery of electrical infrastructure for airport and airfield projects. The role ensures electrical systems are compliant with aviation standards and support safe, reliable airport operations.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Support electrical engineering activities across airport and airfield infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure proper design and installation of electrical systems.
- Monitor electrical works progress and provide technical support during construction.
- Review and coordinate electrical systems including; Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL), Runway and Taxiway Lighting Systems, Approach Lighting Systems, Airfield Electrical Vaults, Power Distribution Systems (MV/LV), Backup Power Systems (Generators), UPS Systems, Substations and Transformers, Lighting Systems (terminal, landside, airside), Earthing and Lightning Protection, Electrical systems for navigational aids (coordination)
- Review electrical design drawings, specifications, calculations, and shop drawings.
- Ensure integration with civil, mechanical, and ICT systems.
- Verify compliance with international airport design standards.
- Monitor installation works and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Review contractor method statements and inspection test plans.
- Participate in inspections and site audits.
- Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Participate in energization and operational readiness activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for handover.
- Coordinate with airport operator, aviation authorities, design consultants, and contractors.
- Participate in technical meetings and project coordination workshops.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with; ICAO standards, FAA / EASA airfield lighting guidelines, IATA recommendations, IEC / IEEE electrical standards, Local authority regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Experience in airport infrastructure or large infrastructure projects.
- Experience with airfield lighting systems preferred.
- Electrical power systems design and coordination
- Airfield Ground Lighting knowledge

- Understanding of aviation infrastructure standards
