تسعى فنادق ومنتجعات رافلز (Raffles Hotels & Resorts) إلى تعيين مراقب تكاليف (Cost Controller) للعمل في فندق رافلز جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقع فندق رافلز جدة بجوار البرج السكني، ويجمع بين الخدمة الخبيرة والفخامة العالمية. بصفتك مراقب تكاليف، ستلعب دوراً محورياً في إدارة الموارد المالية للمنظمة وتحسينها، وضمان إدارة التكاليف بكفاءة عبر جميع الأقسام. كما أن كونك موظفاً في رافلز يعني تجسيد ونقل روح العلامة التجارية وثقافة الشركة من خلال أرقى خدمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة وإجراءات مراقبة التكاليف لمراقبة النفقات وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
  • تحليل البيانات المالية، وإعداد تقارير التكاليف التفصيلية، وتقديم رؤى للإدارة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
  • إجراء عمليات الجرد والتسوية الدورية للمخزون للحفاظ على مستويات دقيقة.
  • مراقبة ورفع تقارير عن انحرافات الميزانية والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية عند الحاجة.
  • التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لتطوير وإدارة الميزانيات القطاعية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح المحلية.
  • إعداد ومراجعة البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
  • المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات توفير التكاليف.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق مالية دقيقة ومحدثة.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التنبؤ والتخطيط المالي طويل الأمد.
  • إجراء تحليلات التكلفة والعائد للمشاريع أو الاستثمارات المقترحة.
  • تقديم التدريب والإرشاد للموظفين حول إجراءات مراقبة التكاليف وأفضل الممارسات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (يُعتبر الدبلوم في مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة واسعة مقبولاً).
  • خبرة مثبتة في مراقبة التكاليف أو الإدارة المالية أو دور مماثل.
  • معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والممارسات والتحليل المالي.
  • الإلمام باللوائح والممارسات المالية السعودية (مفضل).
  • شهادة مهنية مثل CMA أو CIMA (مفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel.
  • خبرة في استخدام برامج الإدارة المالية وأنظمة المخزون (مثل Futurelog وOpera).
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ودقة عالية.
  • قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت فائقة.
  • مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية فعّالة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني في بيئة سريعة الخطى.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's financial resources, ensuring efficient cost management across all departments.

  • Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor expenses and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze financial data, prepare detailed cost reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Monitor and report on budget variances, recommending corrective actions when necessary
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Participate in forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or investments
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on cost control procedures and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with extensive experience)
  • Proven experience in cost control, financial management, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and practices (preferred)
  • Professional certification such as CMA or CIMA (preferred)
