تعلن فنادق ومنتجعات شيراتون (Sheraton Hotels & Resorts) عن توفر وظيفة "مختص خدمة الطعام والشراب" للعمل في المنطقة المركزية شمال المسجد النبوي، المدينة المنورة، السعودية. هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز الطاولات والتأكد من جاهزيتها لاستقبال الضيوف.
- التواصل الفعّال مع فريق المطبخ لضمان سير الطلبات بسلاسة.
- التفاعل مع الضيوف وتقديم الخدمة لهم بأسلوب احترافي.
- تنظيف مناطق العمل والمعدات والأدوات المستخدمة.
- المساهمة في خلق بيئة عمل آمنة باتباع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة.
- الالتزام بمعايير الجودة وسياسات الشركة وظهور مهني لائق.
- أداء مهام إضافية معقولة يتم تكليفك بها لضمان تجربة ضيوف مميزة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (G.E.D.).
- خبرة عملية ذات صلة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة.
- لا يشترط خبرة إشرافية سابقة.
- الجنسية: سعودي.
- القدرة على الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة والعمل على أسطح غير مستوية أو زلقة.
- القدرة على قراءة المعلومات والتحقق منها بصرياً (إدارة القائمة).
- القدرة على رفع وحمل ودفع وسحب وتحريك أوزان لا تتجاوز 25 رطلاً دون مساعدة، و50 رطلاً بمساعدة.
- القدرة على الوصول إلى ما فوق الرأس وتحت الركبة بما في ذلك الانحناء والالتواء والانحناء للأمام.
المهارات المطلوبة
يجب أن يتحلى المرشح بمهارات التواصل الفعّال، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق، الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة، والحرص على الظهور بمظهر مهني لائق. كما نبحث عن شخص مبادر يستطيع تقديم خدمة استثنائية للضيوف في أجواء ترحيبية.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
