في Lucid Motors Middle East، نبحث عن Senior Finance Business Partner - Transportation للعمل في مكة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الإقتصاديّة السعودية. ستدعم تخطيط تكاليف الشحن، تحليل التباين، إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات، وأنشطة تقييم المخزون من خلال تقديم تحليل دقيق للبيانات وإعداد تقارير، مع التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وصيانة بيانات تكاليف المخزون والشحن والرسوم الجمركية للوجستيات الداخلية والخارجية.
- التنسيق مع فرق اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد لجمع والتحقق من معلومات تكاليف الشحن.
- مراقبة اتجاهات تكاليف الشحن وإبراز الفروقات الكبيرة.
- دعم أنشطة تحليل التكاليف وتوفير البيانات لاتخاذ القرارات.
- دعم إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتنبؤات والتخطيط طويل الأجل.
- جمع وتحليل المدخلات من فرق اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد لتوقعات التكاليف.
- تتبع التكاليف الفعلية مقابل الميزانيات والإبلاغ عن الفروقات.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بالتكاليف ولوحات التقارير.
- تحليل فروقات تكاليف المخزون والشحن الداخلي والخارجي.
- دعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للانحرافات الكبيرة في التكاليف.
- إعداد تقارير شهرية عن أداء تكاليف اللوجستيات والنقل.
- المساعدة في تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف من خلال تحليل البيانات.
- دعم تقديرات تكلفة الوصول للمنتجات الجديدة بالتعاون مع فرق تطوير المنتجات واللوجستيات.
- المساعدة في إعداد تحليلات التكاليف وتقييمات الجدوى التجارية.
- مراقبة تغيرات التكاليف خلال مراحل تطوير المنتج.
- دعم أنشطة المقارنة المعيارية ومقارنات تكاليف السوق.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن تكاليف الشحن واللوجستيات.
- تطوير وصيانة لوحات تتبع التكاليف وتقارير الأداء.
- تحليل اتجاهات التكاليف ومبادرات التوفير وفوائد التوطين.
- تقديم الدعم لأنشطة إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات المتعلقة بتكاليف اللوجستيات.
- المساعدة في عمليات تقييم المخزون الشهرية والتسوية.
- تحليل حركات المخزون، العمر الافتراضي، المخزون بطيء الحركة والتالف، وإبراز المخاطر.
- دعم جرد المخزون الفعلي وعد الدورات من خلال التحقق من سجلات المخزون والتحقيق في التناقضات.
- إعداد تقارير ومؤشرات أداء رئيسية متعلقة بالمخزون لدعم إدارة القرارات.
- التعاون مع فرق سلسلة التوريد والمستودعات والعمليات لتحسين دقة المخزون ودورانه.
- المساعدة في تحديد فرص خفض تكاليف المخزون وتحسين رأس المال العامل.
- دعم صيانة البيانات الرئيسية في النظام المتعلقة بتقييم المخزون وتكلفة المواد.
- الحفاظ على دقة بيانات التكاليف داخل SAP والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- دعم صيانة البيانات الرئيسية لهياكل التكاليف والمسارات والمعايير المتعلقة باللوجستيات.
- إجراء التحقق الدوري من البيانات وعمليات التسوية.
- المساعدة في تحديد وحل مشكلات جودة البيانات التي تؤثر على تقارير التكاليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تقنية وكمية ونقدية مثبتة، مع مستوى عالٍ من الحكم المستقل والمبادرة والإبداع لتحديد وإبلاغ محركات الأداء الرئيسية للإدارة العليا بوضوح.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع ومهام متعددة بدرجة عالية من الاستقلالية والمساءلة عن النتائج.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشخصية وشفهية فعالة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office مع كفاءة عالية في Excel.
- خبرة كمحلل مالي في شركة تصنيع سيارات أصلية أو مورد من المستوى الأول - ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ المخزون والشحن الداخلي والخارجي ومحركات التكاليف.
- عقلية تحليلية مع القدرة على تحويل البيانات المعقدة إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات مثبتة في الشراكة التجارية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة عبر الفرق متعددة الوظائف.

Position Overview
Support freight cost planning, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation activities by providing accurate data analysis and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Finance
- Prepare and maintain inventory, freight, and duty cost data for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Coordinate with Logistics and SCM teams to collect and validate freight-related cost information.
- Monitor freight costs trends and highlight significant variances.
- Support cost analysis activities and provide data for decision-making.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning activities.
- Gather and analyze inputs from Logistics and SCM teams for cost projections.
- Track actual costs against budgets and report variances.
- Assist in maintaining cost-related KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze inventory, inbound freight, outbound freight cost variances.
- Support root-cause analysis for significant cost deviations.
- Prepare monthly reports on logistics and transportation cost performance.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
- Support landed cost estimations for new products in collaboration with PD and Logistics teams.
- Assist in preparing costing analyses and business case evaluations.
- Monitor cost changes throughout product development phases.
- Support benchmarking activities and market cost comparisons.
- Prepare periodic freight and logistics cost reports.
- Develop and maintain cost tracking dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze cost trends, savings initiatives, and localization benefits.
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities related to logistics costs.
- Assist in monthly inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
- Analyze inventory movements, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory and highlight risks.
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle count activities by validating inventory records and investigating discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory-related reports and KPIs to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations teams to improve inventory accuracy and turnover.
- Assist in identifying inventory cost reduction opportunities and working capital improvement initiatives.
- Support system master data maintenance related to inventory valuation and material costing.
- Maintain the accuracy of costing data within SAP and related systems.
- Support master data maintenance for costing structures, routings, and logistics-related parameters.
- Perform periodic data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues impacting cost reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) - preferred
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience
- Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
- Demonstrated effective written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Established ability using Microsoft Office software with a high proficiency with Excel
- Finance analyst experience at an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier - a huge plus!
- Strong understanding of inventory, Inbound and Outbound principles and cost drivers.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, integrity and internal controls
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
