شركة توثق للصب والطرق تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مدير ورشة الطرق في المنطقة الشرقية (رأس الخير، السعودية)، ضمن إدارة العمليات وتحت إشراف مدير الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التقسيمية وتحويلها إلى خطط تشغيلية بأهداف قابلة للقياس تدعم الأهداف التنظيمية طويلة المدى.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف القسم من خلال التوجيه وإدارة الأداء وتطوير الفريق لتعزيز الكفاءة والإنتاجية.
- تعزيز الالتزام بقيم الشركة وأخلاقيات العمل، وقيادة ثقافة مبدئية داخل القسم.
- الإشراف على مبادرات تطوير المواهب بالتعاون مع خبراء التخصص لضمان توفر الكوادر المطلوبة.
- مراقبة العمليات التشغيلية وفق الميزانية المعتمدة والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات لاتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية.
- إدارة تنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط السلامة لدعم ثقافة السلامة والامتثال للوائح التنظيمية.
- تقديم رؤى لتحسين إطار عمل إدارة السلامة والسياسات لتعزيز الامتثال وتخفيف المخاطر.
- إعداد تقارير الوحدة وفق متطلبات الشركة ومعايير الجودة.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لبناء علاقات تدعم أهداف العمل.
- إدارة أنشطة الطرق اليومية لضمان التوافق مع أهداف الجودة والتكلفة والتسليم.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والفنية لتحسين عمليات الطرق باستخدام مبادئ Lean Manufacturing و Six Sigma.
- مراجعة وتحديث خطط الطوارئ لمواجهة أعطال المعدات أو نقص المواد وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تقديم تحديثات منتظمة للإدارة العليا حول أداء الطرق والتحديات ومبادرات التحسين.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة الصارمة في ورشة الطرق بالتعاون مع إدارة الجودة لضمان مطابقة المكونات للمواصفات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية المتعلقة بعمليات الطرق (السلامة والبيئة والجودة).
- مراقبة الامتثال للصحة والسلامة أثناء عمليات الطرق بالتنسيق مع فرق HSSE.
- إدارة تقييمات المخاطر الدورية لتحديد المخاطر التشغيلية والسلامة والجودة، ووضع خطط استباقية.
- ضمان تنفيذ بروتوكولات السلامة والتحكم في المخاطر عبر جميع عمليات الطرق.
- الإشراف على فرق ورشة الطرق لدفع التطوير المستمر للمهارات والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ومنتجة.
- إدارة برامج تدريبية مستهدفة على تقنيات الطرق بالتعاون مع الموارد البشرية لتعزيز خبرة الفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة المعادن أو علم المواد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة مثل ISO 9001 أو Certified Forging Specialist أو NEBOSH (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات ورش الطرق أو المجالات ذات الصلة، منها 4 سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة شاملة بتقنيات الطرق (الطرق الساخن، الطرق البارد، تصميم القوالب) والخواص المعدنية.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية للطرق.
- فهم عميق للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بعمليات الطرق في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة علم المواد المتعلقة بالمعادن والسبائك.
- إتقان عمليات الفرن ودمج المعالجة الحرارية ضمن سير عمل الطرق.
- فهم بروتوكولات HSSE ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- قدرات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق.

- Ensure the effective cascading of the divisional strategy into operational plans, translating them into actionable outcomes with clear and measurable goals to drive long-term objectives and organisational success
- Contribute to the achievement and alignment of divisional objectives by providing guidance, managing performance, and supporting team development to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Promote adherence to organisational values and ethics, leading by example to foster a principle-driven culture within the division
- Lead talent development initiatives by collaborating with discipline experts to ensure the division has the required talent to meet business needs and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Contribute to monitoring all divisional operations in line with the approved budget and report any variances for executive decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster lasting relationships that support business objectives and ensure alignment with Tuwaiq's strategic goals.
- Manage all day-to-day forging activities to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery objectives
- Liaise with Technical and Engineering teams to improve forging processes and workflows, leveraging Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement
- Review and update contingency plans to address forging disruptions such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, ensuring swift and effective responses to minimise operational downtime and maintain production targets
- Present regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on forging performance, challenges, and process improvement initiatives to ensure informed decision-making and alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage the implementation of rigorous quality control measures in the Forging Shop, in collaboration with the Quality department, ensuring forged components meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to forging processes, including safety, environmental, and quality standards, to maintain a safe and efficient operation that meets certification requirements and supports successful audit outcomes
- Monitor health and safety compliance during forging operations, liaising with HSSE teams to achieve full adherence to regulatory and organisational standards.
- Manage regular risk assessments to identify potential operational, safety, and quality hazards in forging processes, ensuring the implementation of proactive measures and contingency plans addressing equipment malfunctions, material defects, and process disruptions
- Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and risk controls across all forging processes, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements to enhance safety, maintain equipment reliability, and preserve the integrity of forged products.
- Supervise the Forging Shop teams to drive continuous skill development, high motivation, and a safe and productive working environment
- Manage the implementation of targeted training programmes on forging techniques and standards, in collaboration with HR, to enhance team expertise, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent adherence to high-quality production standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Certified Forging Specialist, or NEBOSH are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Forging Shop operations or related fields, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of forging techniques including hot forging, cold forging, and die design, as well as metallurgical properties
- Familiarity with international forging standards
- In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to forging operations in Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of material science related to metals and alloys
- Proficiency in furnace operations and heat treatment integration within forging workflows
- Understanding of HSSE protocols and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- English is required; Arabic is preferred.
