نبحث عن مهندس إنشاءات (Construction Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق شركة AtkinsRéalis في منطقة الرياض، للمساهمة في تنفيذ مشروع تطوير واسع النطاق ومرموق في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة البناء ومراقبتها لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد والمعايير المعتمدة.
- تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع بين المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مراجعة منهجيات البناء وإجراءات العمل وبيانات الطريقة (Method Statements) والمستندات الفنية.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الجداول الزمنية والمعالم المعتمدة.
- المساعدة في تحديد مخاطر البناء والتأخيرات والمشكلات الفنية والتوصية بالحلول المناسبة.
- مراجعة الرسومات التفصيلية (Shop Drawings) وطلبات المواد والوثائق الفنية للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية في الموقع وضمان الحفاظ على جودة البناء طوال مراحل التنفيذ.
- التنسيق مع التخصصات المدنية والإنشائية والمعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) لضمان تسليم متكامل للمشروع.
- التحقق من مطابقة مواد البناء وأعمال التنفيذ لمعايير الجودة والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- معاينة عمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتشغيل لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين والإنتاجية وتخصيص الموارد.
- مراجعة والرد على طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والاستفسارات الميدانية والتوضيحات الفنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة المعتمدة.
- مراقبة الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والإبلاغ عن الظروف أو الممارسات غير الآمنة.
- التحقق من الكميات والأعمال المنجزة لدعم تقارير التقدم وإصدار شهادات الدفع.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق المشروع والمراجعات الفنية واجتماعات المتابعة.
- المساعدة في إدارة التغييرات (Variations) والتعليمات الميدانية وتقارير عدم المطابقة.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل وإزالة العيوب (Snagging/De-snagging) والتسليم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشروع وتقارير التفتيش والوثائق الفنية.
- المساهمة في أنشطة إغلاق المشروع وتقديم الوثائق النهائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة الإنشاءات أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال البناء والإشراف الميداني.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس إنشاءات في مشاريع البناء الكبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع واسعة النطاق تشمل المباني، مراكز المؤتمرات، الفنادق، المنتجعات، التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات، المجمعات التجارية أو مشاريع الضيافة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في بيئات استشارات الإشراف الميداني (Site Supervision Consultancy) أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات الهندسية (Engineering Consultancy).
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء والتسلسل الزمني وعمليات تنفيذ المشاريع.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات التفصيلية (Shop Drawings) وطلبات المواد وبيانات الطريقة (Method Statements) والتقارير الفنية.
- معرفة بقوانين البناء الدولية ومعايير البناء وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية.
- الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) ومتطلبات التفتيش وبروتوكولات الاختبار.
- معرفة عملية بعقود البناء، بما في ذلك مبادئ FIDIC (يفضل).
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتنسيق الفني.
- كفاءة في استخدام Microsoft Office وتطبيقات البرامج الهندسية.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع في السعودية أو منطقة الخليج العربي (GCC).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وكتابة التقارير وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- العضوية في مؤسسة هندسية مهنية معترف بها (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامية)؛ مهارات اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).

Your role
- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate daily site activities among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Review construction methodologies, work procedures, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved schedules and milestones.
- Assist in identifying construction risks, delays, and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure construction quality is maintained throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Verify that construction materials and workmanship meet approved quality standards and specifications.
- Witness inspections, testing activities, and commissioning processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), site queries, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with approved Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and report unsafe conditions or practices.
- Verify quantities and completed works to support progress reporting and payment certification.
- Participate in project coordination meetings, technical reviews, and progress meetings.
- Assist with the management of variations, site instructions, and non-conformance reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to project closeout activities and final documentation submissions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall professional experience in construction and site supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Engineer on major building projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, commercial complexes, or hospitality projects.
- Experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project execution processes.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical reports.
- Knowledge of international building codes, construction standards, and engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and testing protocols.
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC principles, is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and technical coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.
- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
