المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتقديم دروس علوم جذابة ومناسبة للعمر بما يتوافق مع المنهج القائم على المعايير في المدرسة.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ الدروس اليومية وإعداد المواد التعليمية.
- تقييم تعلم الطالبات وتقديم تغذية راجعة في الوقت المناسب لدعم التقدم الأكاديمي.
- دمج المفاهيم الأساسية في العلوم والفيزياء والرياضيات في أنشطة عملية وتجارب ومشاريع لبناء المهارات الأساسية.
- التعاون مع الزملاء والتواصل مع الأسر حول تقدم الطالبات.
- المساهمة في فعاليات ومبادرات المدرسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية قوية في تعليم العلوم مع القدرة على تدريس المفاهيم الأساسية للطالبات في الصفوف 2-5.
- معرفة بأساسيات الفيزياء والرياضيات المناسبة للمرحلة الابتدائية.
- حالة معلم مؤهل مع تدريب رسمي في التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- كفاءة مثبتة في تخطيط الدروس وتنفيذ المناهج والتقييم الصفي.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو العلوم أو تخصص قريب (المؤهلات المتقدمة ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في تدريس طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية، ويفضل في بيئة مدرسية دولية أو قائمة على المعايير.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a closely related discipline (advanced qualifications are an advantage).
- Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in an international or standards-based school setting.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
