المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحمل مسؤولية التسليم الشامل عبر المهام الموكلة للعملاء، بما في ذلك التخطيط وإدارة النطاق والجودة والتبعيات والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- قيادة إيقاعات التسليم مثل تخطيط السبْرِنت وإدارة الأعمال المتراكمة وتتبع التنفيذ والإصدارات والتوقعات والمخاطر والتبعيات.
- ضمان اتباع فرق التسليم للمعايير الهندسية المتفق عليها والتوجيه التقني وعمليات التسليم.
- ترجمة مشاكل العمل التجارية إلى توجيه تقني واضح وضمان توافق الفرق مع النتائج المتوقعة وقيمة الأعمال.
- قيادة عروض المنتجات وجلسات العملاء لضمان توصيل الحلول بشكل واضح وتلبية توقعات العملاء.
- العمل كقائد تسليم رئيسي عبر المهام، وتوسيع مسؤوليات إدارة المشاريع التقليدية بالقيادة التقنية والتشغيلية.
- إدارة تخصيص الموارد وتخطيط السعة عبر المهام المتزامنة مع الحفاظ على الرؤية حول أداء التسليم.
- إنشاء حوكمة التسليم ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتقارير وآليات المساءلة لتحسين قابلية التوقع وجودة التنفيذ.

- إدارة وتطوير أعضاء فريق التسليم أو قادة الفرق من خلال التدريب والتغذية الراجعة ودعم الأداء والتطوير الوظيفي.
- تعزيز ثقافة فريق صحية قائمة على المساءلة والتملك والجودة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
- قيادة محادثات أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء وتحديد التوقعات وتوجيه النقاشات وإعادة ترتيب الأولويات عند الحاجة.
- الشراكة الوثيقة مع فريق نجاح العملاء لمواءمة تنفيذ التسليم وإيقاع التواصل وتوقعات العملاء وأهداف الحساب.
- التعاون مع مهندسي الحلول وضمان الجودة والعمليات والخدمات التقنية المشتركة لضمان أن خطط التسليم عملية وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- العمل كنقطة تصعيد رئيسية لقضايا التسليم والتنفيذ التي تشمل الفرق الداخلية أو أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء.
- التواصل حول تقدم التسليم من حيث نتائج الأعمال وتحقيق القيمة وليس فقط إكمال المهام.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في بيئات تسليم البرمجيات مع مسؤولية كبيرة عن تنفيذ التسليم وقيادة الفرق التقنية.
- فهم قوي لممارسات تطوير البرمجيات الحديثة ومبادئ تصميم النظم والأنماط المعمارية.
- خبرة عملية في تسليم المشاريع ضمن بيئات رشيقة مثل Scrum أو Kanban أو منهجيات مماثلة.
- الإلمام بمنصة سحابية رئيسية واحدة على الأقل مثل Azure أو AWS أو GCP، بالإضافة إلى ممارسات DevOps الحديثة ومفاهيم CI/CD.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة تخطيط التسليم والتنفيذ والتبعيات والمخاطر عبر مهام متزامنة متعددة.
- إتقان أدوات إدارة التسليم والمشاريع مثل Jira أو Azure DevOps أو منصات مكافئة.
- خبرة في قيادة الفرق التقنية وتدريبها وتطويرها، بما في ذلك تقديم التغذية الراجعة حول الأداء ودعم النمو الوظيفي.

Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across assigned client engagements, including planning, execution cadence, scope management, quality, dependencies, and on-time outcomes.
- Lead delivery rhythms covering sprint planning, backlog management, execution tracking, releases, forecasts, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery teams follow agreed engineering standards, technical direction, and delivery processes.
- Translate client business problems into clear technical direction and ensure teams remain aligned with expected outcomes and business value.
- Lead product demonstrations and customer-facing sessions, ensuring solutions are clearly communicated and aligned with client expectations.
- Act as the primary delivery lead across engagements, extending traditional project management responsibilities with technical and operational leadership.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent engagements while maintaining visibility into delivery performance.
- Establish delivery governance, KPIs, reporting, and accountability mechanisms to improve predictability and execution quality.
- Identify, manage, and escalate delivery and technical risks while proactively removing impediments to execution.
- Monitor delivery economics, utilization, scope, margin, and account-health signals, escalating risks and opportunities early.
- Manage and develop delivery team members or team leads through coaching, feedback, performance support, and career development.

- Bring 8+ years of experience in software delivery environments, with significant responsibility for delivery execution and technical team leadership.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of modern software development practices, system design principles, and architectural patterns.
- Have hands-on experience delivering projects within Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- Be familiar with at least one major cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as modern DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts.
- Have proven ability to manage delivery planning, execution, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Be proficient with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrate experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams, including providing performance feedback and supporting career growth.
- Be comfortable operating as a people manager and contributing to performance and compensation decisions.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with Customer Success, technical teams, clients, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrate sound judgment under pressure and the ability to balance delivery speed, quality, technical considerations, and commercial outcomes.
- Have a trusted leadership presence and the ability to lead through clarity, accountability, influence, and credibility rather than formal authority.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience leading teams or engagements in Data and Analytics, technology consulting, professional services, or SaaS environments is advantageous.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams is desirable.
- Agile, Scrum, project management, or cloud certifications are considered a plus but are not required.
