Jobgether، بالنيابة عن شركة شريكة، تبحث عن مهندس منتج (AI-Native) للعمل في السعودية. ستمتلك ميزات المنتج من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءًا من تحديد المشكلة وصولاً إلى إطلاق حلول موثوقة في بيئة الإنتاج، باستخدام وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي كشركاء تطوير رئيسيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك ميزات المنتج بشكل كامل من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءًا من تحديد المشكلة بوضوح عبر مراحل التطوير والاختبار والنشر والإنتاج.
- تحديد ما يجب بناؤه بشكل مستقل ودفع المبادرات قدمًا دون الاعتماد على مواصفات مفصلة أو تعليمات خطوة بخطوة.
- التواصل المباشر مع الشركاء الخارجيين ومزودي الخدمة، والحصول على بيئة تجريبية، ومراجعة الوثائق، والاتفاق على متطلبات التكامل الفنية.
- التعاون مع وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي لوضع المواصفات الفنية والمنتجة، مع الاحتفاظ بالملكية الكاملة والمسؤولية عن جودة ودقة كل مواصفة.

- المساهمة كعضو متساوٍ في فريق الهندسة، ومشاركة الأفكار والمساعدة في تحسين عمليات التطوير القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بالممارسات الناشئة في التطوير المعتمد على الوكلاء، والمساعدة في إيجاد طرق أفضل لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي خلال دورة حياة تطوير المنتج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة هندسية على مستوى أول مع سجل مثبت في امتلاك أنظمة إنتاجية معقدة من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك الهندسة المعمارية والموثوقية والنشر والتكاملات.
- خلفية كمهندس backend أو مهندس برمجيات أو مساهم تقني فردي متمرس.
- خبرة عملية واسعة في استخدام وكلاء برمجة الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل Claude Code أو Codex أو أدوات مماثلة كجزء أساسي من سير العمل اليومي.

- Own product features end-to-end, taking initiatives from a clearly defined problem statement through development, testing, deployment, and production.
- Independently identify what needs to be built and drive initiatives forward without relying on detailed specifications or step-by-step instructions.
- Engage directly with external partners and service providers, obtaining sandbox access, reviewing documentation, and agreeing on technical integration requirements.
- Collaborate with AI agents to create product and technical specifications, while maintaining full ownership and accountability for the quality and accuracy of every specification.
- Delegate development tasks to AI agents and critically review their output within a large and complex production codebase.
- Evaluate AI-generated implementations carefully, identify errors or weaknesses, and select or refine the most appropriate technical solution.
- Test and validate delivered features thoroughly, with particular attention to the reliability and correctness of systems handling financial transactions.
- Take responsibility for architecture, integrations, deployment, reliability, and production readiness across owned features.
- Contribute as an equal member of the engineering team, sharing insights and helping continuously improve the organization’s AI-first development processes.
- Stay engaged with emerging agentic development practices and help identify better ways to use AI throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Senior-level engineering experience with a proven track record of owning complex production systems end-to-end, including architecture, reliability, deployment, and integrations.
- Background as a backend engineer, software architect, or similarly experienced technical individual contributor.
- Extensive hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable tools as a primary part of your daily development workflow.
- Strong interest in the evolution of agentic software development, with a habit of continuously learning about new tools, techniques, and workflows.
- Exceptional ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently determine what needs to be done and drive work through to measurable results.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to quickly inspect, challenge, debug, and improve AI-generated code and technical solutions.
- High standards for engineering quality, reliability, testing, and production readiness.
- Experience working with complex integrations and external service providers.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking responsibility for technical and product decisions without detailed predefined specifications.
- Strong product mindset, with an ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes.
