تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مدير مشاريع أول (Senior Project Manager) ذي خبرة عالية لقيادة تطوير مشروع حظائر طائرات رئيسي في الرياض، حيث سيعمل المرشح كمستشار إدارة مشاريع (PMC) ويكون مسؤولاً عن التخطيط والتنسيق والتنفيذ والإدارة الشاملة للمشروع من التصميم حتى التسليم النهائي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق PMC طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- الإدارة الاستباقية للجدول الزمني والإشراف على المسار الحرج باستخدام ضوابط المشروع المتكاملة التي تجمع بين التخطيط والجدولة والتكلفة والمخاطر وبيانات الأداء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتحقيق النتائج المثلى وتخفيف التأخير وضمان تسليم المعالم الرئيسية في الوقت المحدد.
- أن يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية بين العميل والمقاولين والمصممين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- الإشراف على تخطيط المشروع وجدولته وإعداد الميزانية وإدارة المخاطر وتخصيص الموارد.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية.
- مراجعة واعتماد خطط تنفيذ المشروع ومنهجيات البناء وخطط التعافي.
- ضمان تسليم المشروع وفقاً للنطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- إدارة أنشطة التنسيق التصميمي وحل المشكلات الفنية والتجارية.
- قيادة اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم وتقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي لفِرَق المشروع.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف الفعالة.
- مراجعة ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للمشروع والمعالم والأداء العام.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الطيران والبناء واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- الإشراف على عمليات إدارة التغيير ومراجعة التغييرات وتقييم المطالبات.
- قيادة أنشطة التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعّال بين جميع التخصصات والمقاولين والموردين المتخصصين.
- مراجعة واعتماد تقارير المشروع ولوحات المعلومات والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية.
- دعم عمليات المشتريات وتقييم العروض واختيار المقاولين عند الحاجة.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والجودة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
- إدارة عملية تسليم المشروع بنجاح وإغلاقه وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل حيازة درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في إدارة المشاريع وتنفيذ الإنشاءات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كمدير مشاريع أول أو مدير مشاريع في مشاريع بناء كبيرة الحجم أو مشاريع طيران.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم حظائر الطائرات أو مرافق المطارات أو البنية التحتية للطيران أو المنشآت العسكرية أو التطويرات الصناعية المعقدة.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن بيئة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع (PMC/PMCM) إلزامية.
- معرفة قوية بضوابط المشروع وإدارة العقود وإدارة المخاطر وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في إدارة فِرَق متعددة التخصصات ومقاولين متعددين.
- فهم قوي لمعايير البناء الدولية وأفضل ممارسات تسليم المشاريع.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل PMP أو PgMP أو مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة دول الخليج العربي.
- مهارات قيادية واتصالية وتفاوضية ممتازة ومهارات في إدارة العملاء.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PMC team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead proactive schedule management and critical path oversight using integrated project controls, combining planning, scheduling, cost, risk, and performance data to drive informed decision-making, optimize project outcomes, mitigate delays, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, designers, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review and approve project execution plans, construction methodologies, and recovery plans.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Manage design coordination activities and resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Lead progress review meetings and provide strategic direction to project teams.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Review and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable aviation, building, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee change management processes, variation reviews, and claims assessments.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure effective coordination between all disciplines, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
- Review and approve project reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Support procurement, tender evaluations, and contractor selection processes where required.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the successful project handover, close-out, and lessons learned process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of total experience in project management and construction delivery.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on large-scale building or aviation projects.
- Proven experience delivering aircraft hangars, airport facilities, aviation infrastructure, military facilities, or complex industrial developments.
- Previous experience working within a PMC/PMCM consultancy environment is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors.
- Strong understanding of international construction standards and project delivery best practices.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
