شركة موفنبيك للفنادق والمنتجعات، إحدى علامات مجموعة أكور، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير أمن (سعودي الجنسية) في منطقة المدينة المنورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إشراف على عمليات الأمن: تدريب ضباط الأمن على تشغيل معدات المراقبة، كتابة التقارير، حفظ السجلات، دوريات الحراسة وإجراءات الإسعافات الأولية.
- نشر جميع المعلومات الصادرة من الإدارة لأعضاء الفريق.
- إجراء دوريات وفحوصات منتظمة لضباط الأمن للتأكد من يقظتهم وأدائهم لمهامهم بكفاءة وفعالية.
- التحقيق في جميع الحوادث الجنائية التي تقع داخل الفندق، وإعداد ملفات التحقيق والتقارير اللازمة.
- مراقبة موظفي الفندق لضمان التزامهم بقوانين المنزل، وتتبع تحركات الموظفين المشتبه بهم قيد التحقيق.
- السيطرة على حركة سيارات الطوارئ وتوجيهها عند الاستجابة للحريق، أو التهديد بوجود قنبلة، أو طلب مساعدة الشرطة، أو الإصابة أو المرض.
- فحص جميع معدات الأمن للتأكد من صلاحيتها وأن جميع الكاميرات مركّزة بشكل صحيح.
- إجراء فحوصات يومية روتينية للبنود التالية لضمان صيانتها وإصدارها وتسجيلها بشكل سليم: دفاتر الجيب، سجل الحوادث اليومي، تصاريح الدخول والخروج وتصاريح الأمن، المفاتيح وسجلات المفاتيح، توزيع المناوبات لأمن الفندق والخارجي.
- بناء شبكة من المخبرين بهدف الحصول على معلومات ذات أهمية أمنية للوقاية والكشف.
- تسجيل جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالقسم في التقرير اليومي للأمن.
- توفير تغطية أمنية للضيوف من الشخصيات المهمة.
- الاستعداد للاستجابة لأي طارئ على مدار الساعة، بما في ذلك خارج أوقات الدوام.
- إدارة الفريق: إجراء تقييم الأداء مع أعضاء الفريق، وتحديد وتطوير ذوي الإمكانات، والمراقبة المستمرة لمظهر الفريق وسلوكه ودرجة احترافيته، وإجراء برامج تعريفية مفصلة للموظفين الجدد.
- تطوير وتنفيذ جميع برامج التدريب لأعضاء الفريق مع التركيز على احتياجاتهم التطويرية وإكسابهم مهارات جديدة تواكب متطلبات العمل المتغيرة.
- إعداد جداول المناوبات الأسبوعية مع مراعاة حجم العمل المتوقع والموازنات التشغيلية ومعايير الخدمة.
- الإلمام التام بإجراءات السلامة من الحرائق والسلامة الحياتية وحالات الطوارئ في الفندق، والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الفندق والإدارة في جميع الأوقات.
- حضور جميع الإحاطات والاجتماعات والتدريبات التي تحددها الإدارة، والحفاظ على مظهر شخصي عالٍ ونظافة شخصية.
- أداء أي مهام معقولة أخرى تحددها إدارة الفندق.
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الأمن داخل الفندق، واليقظة والتصرف السريع عند ظهور المواقف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- مؤهل تعليمي لا يقل عن الثانوية العامة.
- شهادات في نظام التعرف على المهارات الوطنية، الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي، إدارة الإسعافات الأولية، ومكافحة الحرائق الأساسية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مماثل.
- إجادة القراءة والكتابة والمحادثة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- عدم وجود سجل جنائي.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Security Operation
- Train Security Officers in the operation of surveillance equipment, written reports, record keeping, patrol and first aid procedures
- Disseminate all information by the Management to team members
- Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
- Conduct all criminal investigations, put up accompanying investigation papers and reports cases which occur within the Hotel
- Conduct surveillance on hotel staff to ensure that they abide by the House Rules; Keep tag on movements of staff who are classified as suspects under investigations
- Control and direct all emergency personnel traffic in response to fire, bomb threat, police assistance, injury or illness
- Inspect all Security equipment to ensure that they are in working order and that all cameras are correctly focused
- Pocket books;
- Security Desk Occurrence Book;
- Gate Passes and Security Passes;
- Keys and Key Registers;
- Post allocation for hotel and External Security
- Cultivate Informers with the intention of obtaining information of security interest that may be of immediate or future use to the Department for prevention and detection purposes
- Record all activities involving the Department in the Daily Security Report
- Provide security coverage for VIP guests
- Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise
- Conduct performance review with the team
- Identify and develop team members with potential
- Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism
- Conduct detailed induction programs for new employees
- Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
- Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
- Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job
- Maintain highest standards of security within the hotel premises. Be vigilant and react fast when situations arise.
Knowledge and Experience
- Secondary / High school education
- Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- No criminal record
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication skills
- Honest with a high level of integrity
- Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
