شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية والإشراف على المشاريع، تعلن عن فرصة مميزة لشغل منصب مدير لوجستي أول (Senior Logistics Manager) في الرياض، للمساهمة في مشروع تطويري متكامل في أبها يهدف إلى إنشاء وجهة عالمية تجمع بين السكن والتجارة والضيافة والترفيه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير ودعم فريق تسليم المشروع، وضمان توافق الموارد والقدرات والأداء مع الالتزامات التعاقدية وأهداف المشروع.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء والمقاولين الرئيسيين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة، وتعزيز التعاون لتحقيق نتائج إيجابية.
- الإشراف اليومي على تسليم المشروع، وضمان تخطيط الأنشطة وتنسيقها وتنفيذها بأمان وكفاءة ووفقاً لمتطلبات البرنامج.
- تقديم رقابة واضحة على أداء المشروع والميزانيات والتكاليف والمخاطر ومراقبة التغييرات، وتحديد الفرص ومعالجة التحديات بشكل استباقي.
- تعزيز التواصل الفعال من خلال إعداد تقارير تقدم شاملة وتقارير أداء وأنشطة تخطيط استباقي.
- تعزيز ثقافة الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية والمسؤولية البيئية، وضمان الامتثال وأفضل الممارسات في جميع العمليات.
- دفع التحسين المستمر والابتكار، وتحديد طرق عمل أكثر ذكاءً لتعزيز الإنتاجية وجودة الخدمة وقيمة العميل.
- ضمان الإدارة الفعالة للوجستيات والأصول والمعدات وأنشطة دعم الموقع، والحفاظ على التميز التشغيلي طوال فترة تسليم المشروع.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية وتخفيضاتها المرتبطة أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على مؤهل جامعي (درجة البكالوريوس).
- فهم قوي لتسلسل البناء والأعمال المؤقتة وتخطيط اللوجستيات.
- القدرة على إدارة العديد من أصحاب المصلحة والعمل بفعالية في بيئة مشاريع سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات اتصال وتنظيم قوية.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع (مطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والموافقة من العميل).

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead, develop, and support the project delivery team, ensuring resources, capabilities, and performance are aligned to contractual commitments and project objectives.
- Foster trusted relationships with clients, principal contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders, promoting collaboration and delivering positive project outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated, and executed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
- Provide clear oversight of project performance, budgets, costs, risks, and change control, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating challenges.
- Champion effective communication through the production of insightful progress updates, performance reporting, and forward planning activities.
- Promote a culture of health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance and best practice across all operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, identifying smarter ways of working to enhance productivity, service quality, and client value.
- Ensure effective management of logistics, assets, equipment, and site support activities, maintaining operational excellence throughout project delivery.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree qualification.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, temporary works, and logistics planning.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
