تعلن Cultivay Center، مركز ثنائي اللغة متخصص في تنمية الطفولة المبكرة، عن حاجتها إلى معلمة حضانة (Preschool Teacher) للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المركز يتبع نهجاً يركز على الطفل، ويمكّن الأطفال من قيادة رحلتهم التعليمية عبر التعبير والتجريب والاستكشاف.
- يعمل فريق متعدد التخصصات من متخصصين متنوعين على تقديم خدمات تقييم وتدخل مبتكرة مصممة حسب احتياجات كل طفل.
- يتعاون الفريق مع الأطفال والأسر، ويقيّم التقدم بانتظام، ويقدم تجارب متكاملة وممتعة تساعد الأطفال على اكتشاف قدراتهم واهتماماتهم.
- يركز المركز على التعلم من خلال الحياة اليومية والأنشطة التفاعلية واللعب والتفاعل مع البيئة لدعم التعلم الذاتي وتملك الأطفال لمساراتهم التعليمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتنفيذ تجارب تعليمية ثنائية اللغة مناسبة للنمو للأطفال في بيئة الطفولة المبكرة.
- تخطيط وتقديم دروس تشجع التعلم القائم على اللعب والاستكشاف والمشاركة النشطة مع البيئة.
- ملاحظة وتوثيق تقدم الأطفال، والتعاون مع الفريق متعدد التخصصات لوضع خطط دعم فردية.
- الحفاظ على بيئة صفية آمنة وشاملة وداعمة.
- التواصل المنتظم مع الأسر، وتجهيز مواد التعلم، وإدارة روتين الفصل الدراسي، وتعزيز جو إيجابي يحترم خلفية كل طفل وأسلوب تعلمه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة علمية ذات صلة في تعليم الطفولة المبكرة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات حضانة أو طفولة مبكرة، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات ثنائية اللغة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساس قوي في تعليم الطفولة المبكرة وممارسات تدريس رياض الأطفال.
- القدرة على تصميم وتنفيذ خطط دروس فعالة تتماشى مع التعلم المتمركز حول الطفل.
- خبرة في تطوير المناهج الدراسية التي تدعم التعليم الثنائي اللغة والقائم على اللعب والشامل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع الأطفال والأسر وأعضاء الفريق متعدد التخصصات.
- قدرة مثبتة على خلق مساحات تعلم آمنة ورعاية وشاملة.

The Preschool Teacher observes and documents children’s progress, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team on individualized support plans, and maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom. - Excellent Communication skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience working in preschool or early childhood settings, preferably in bilingual environments.
