تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن حاجة إلى مهندس موقع رئيسي - إنشائي (Lead Field Engineer - Structural) للإشراف على ومراقبة أعمال البناء الإنشائية ضمن مشروع تطوير كبير في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى المهندس ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الإنشائية وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة ومتطلبات الجودة والجداول الزمنية للمشروع، بالتعاون مع المهندس المقيم ومدير المشروع والمقاولين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة البناء الإنشائية ومراقبتها لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للأعمال الإنشائية بما في ذلك الأساسات، الهياكل الخرسانية المسلحة، الهياكل الفولاذية، العناصر مسبقة الصب، الجدران الاستنادية، والأعمال المؤقتة.
- مراجعة الرسومات الإنشائية والرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) والمستندات الفنية للتأكد من قابلية التنفيذ والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- التحقق من أن الأنشطة الإنشائية تُنفذ وفق المنهجيات المعتمدة والمعايير الهندسية.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول والتقدم مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- الإشراف على عمليات الفحص والاختبار وتقييم جودة المواد المتعلقة بالأعمال الإنشائية.
- مراجعة ومراقبة تركيب حديد التسليح، صب الخرسانة، رفع الهياكل الفولاذية، أعمال اللحام، أعمال البراغي وإجراءات الاختبار المرتبطة بها.
- ضمان التطبيق السليم لإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC).
- التنسيق مع التخصصات المدنية والمعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والجيوتقنية وغيرها من التخصصات لحل مشكلات التشابك.
- مراجعة منهجيات العمل (Method Statements) وتقييم المخاطر وإجراءات العمل المقدمة من المقاول المتعلقة بالأنشطة الإنشائية.
- التحقق من مطابقة مواد البناء للمواد المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع.
- المشاركة في مراجعة وحل طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والاستفسارات الفنية والتعليمات الموقعية.
- مراقبة أنشطة الموقع لتحديد المشكلات الفنية والعيوب والمخاطر الإنشائية المحتملة.
- ضمان الامتثال لكودات البناء المطبقة ومعايير التصميم الإنشائي ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص وتقارير مراقبة الموقع والسجلات اليومية وتحديثات التقدم.
- دعم التحقق من الأعمال المنجزة لأغراض قياس التقدم وشهادات الدفع.
- مراقبة متطلبات السلامة الإنشائية أثناء البناء وضمان الالتزام بالتصاميم الهندسية المعتمدة.
- المساعدة في أعمال إزالة العيوب (Snagging & De-snagging) والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة ودعم تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تعزيز الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) خلال عمليات البناء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإنشائية أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الهندسة الإنشائية والإشراف على البناء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس موقع إنشائي (Structural Field Engineer) أو مهندس موقع إنشائي (Structural Site Engineer) أو مفتش إنشائي (Structural Inspector) في مشاريع بناء كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المباني واسعة النطاق، مراكز المؤتمرات، الفنادق، المنتجعات، التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات، الأبراج التجارية، أو مشاريع الضيافة.
- يفضل الخبرة في بيئات الإشراف الموقعي (Site Supervision Consultancy) أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات الهندسية.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو مشاريع دول الخليج.
- العضوية في منظمة هندسية مهنية معترف بها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالخرسانة المسلحة، الهياكل الفولاذية، الأنظمة مسبقة الصب، الشد اللاحق (Post-tensioning)، وبناء الأساسات.
- الإلمام بكودات التصميم الإنشائي الدولية مثل ACI، AISC، BS، Eurocodes واللوائح المحلية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية الإنشائية (Shop Drawings)، منهجيات العمل، والمستندات الفنية.
- فهم قوي لتسلسل البناء، الأعمال المؤقتة، ومتطلبات الثبات الإنشائي.
- الإلمام بإجراءات QA/QC، متطلبات الاختبارات الإنشائية، وعمليات التفتيش.
- خبرة في اختبار الخرسانة، اختبار الفولاذ، فحص اللحام، وطرق الاختبار غير المتلف (NDT) تعتبر مرغوبة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، حل المشكلات، وإعداد التقارير الفنية.

Working closely with the Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will provide technical oversight, conduct site inspections, verify construction quality, and support the successful delivery of complex building and hospitality developments.
Your role
- Supervise and monitor structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of structural works including foundations, reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, precast elements, retaining walls, and temporary works.
- Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions for constructability and compliance with project requirements.
- Verify that structural construction activities are performed in accordance with approved methodologies and engineering standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress against approved construction schedules.
- Witness inspections, testing, and material quality assessments related to structural works.
- Review and monitor reinforcement installation, concrete placement, structural steel erection, welding works, bolting activities, and associated testing procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP, geotechnical, and specialist disciplines to resolve interface issues.
- Review contractor method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures related to structural activities.
- Verify compliance of construction materials with approved material submittals and project specifications.
- Participate in the review and resolution of Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and site instructions.
- Monitor site activities to identify technical issues, deficiencies, and potential construction risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, structural design standards, and authority requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports, site observation reports, daily records, and progress updates.
- Support verification of completed works for progress measurement and payment certification purposes.
- Monitor structural integrity requirements during construction and ensure adherence to approved engineering designs.
- Assist with snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Report non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements throughout construction operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall professional experience in structural engineering and construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Field Engineer, Structural Site Engineer, or Structural Inspector on major building projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, commercial towers, or hospitality projects.
- Experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast systems, post-tensioning, and foundation construction.
- Familiarity with international structural design codes and standards such as ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, and relevant local regulations.
- Experience reviewing structural shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, temporary works, and structural stability requirements.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, structural testing requirements, and inspection processes.
- Experience with concrete testing, steel testing, welding inspections, and non-destructive testing methods is desirable.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering organization is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
