Experience: 4-6 years in the real estate sector

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Specialist with broad practical knowledge of the real estate sector to serve as a key real estate reference within the team. The role will contribute to executing and developing real estate activities, improving asset performance, and identifying new opportunities and revenue streams.

• Participate in various real estate activities, including real estate marketing, leasing, property management, and asset development and improvement.
• Analyze properties and market conditions, including pricing, supply and demand, competitors, target customers, and potential opportunities.
• Develop practical solutions and action plans for real estate assets and follow up on their implementation and performance.
• Identify new real estate opportunities and potential revenue streams and contribute to their development and execution.
• Explore potential partnerships and business opportunities with relevant companies and stakeholders.
• Provide real estate expertise to the team and participate in key decisions, negotiations, and real estate matters.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, legislation, platforms, and market developments in Saudi Arabia.
• Contribute to improving real estate practices and sharing market knowledge across the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in the real estate sector.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, preferably Riyadh.

• Practical experience across multiple areas of the real estate sector.

• Good understanding of real estate marketing, leasing, property management, assets, and real estate opportunities.

• Good knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations, procedures, and platforms.

• Ability to analyze properties, identify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable solutions.

• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

• Hands-on and proactive approach with the ability to follow initiatives from planning through execution.
