Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives
- Lead and mentor the leasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong performance
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on favorable terms that benefit both Qiddiya and tenants
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants
- Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- At least 12-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management, preferably within large-scale projects

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
