- المسؤول عن قيادة التوافق الاستراتيجي وتحسين نتائج الأداء عبر برامج الأداء العالي في SOPC. يتعاون بشكل وثيق مع كبار المدراء وغيرهم من موظفي الأداء العالي لدعم تحديد الأهداف، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، المتابعة والمراقبة. يشرف على وظائف تخطيط الأداء العالي والبحث والتطوير الرياضي، لضمان تطبيق أساليب مبتكرة مدعومة بالبحوث وخطط شاملة لتلبية احتياجات تطوير الرياضيين الحالية والمستقبلية. من خلال إشراك أصحاب المصلحة والتحسين المستمر، يعزز هذا الدور بيئة تعاونية تدفع أهداف الأداء العالي لـ SOPC وتعزز ميزتها التنافسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي: التعاون مع كبار المدراء (مجموعات متعددة الرياضات) ومدراء الأداء العالي والمدربين الرئيسيين المعينين لدعم تنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات عالية الأداء وضمان توافقها مع رسالة وأهداف SOPC.
- الإشراف على مراقبة خطط الأداء العالي، بما في ذلك التواصل مع الاتحادات الوطنية.

Job Specific Accountabilities
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with the Senior Directors (Multi-Sport Clusters) and appointed High Performance Directors and Head Coaches, to support the execution of high-performance strategic plans and objectives, ensuring alignment with SOPC’s mission and goals.
- Oversee the monitoring of high-performance plans, including engagement with National Federations.
- Oversee the effective tracking of results and performances of athletes and sport.
- Manage all aspects related to Athlete Agreements and the associated Athlete Award Payments.
- Drive compliance with Individual Athlete Plans (IAP’).
- Ensure internal compliance with performance planning and management frameworks including implementation of Performance Planning and Management Group meetings with supported sports.
- Will be responsible for ensuring all reporting timelines are met within agreed internal procedures.
- Provide reports as required on program activities, expenditure as part of the high-performance management framework.
- Lead the monitoring of Target Groups for major benchmark events including LA Olympic and Paralympic Games, Asian Games and Asian Para Games.
- Lead the Sports R&D function, directing research initiatives that support evidence-based practices in athlete performance, injury prevention, and recovery.
- Foster collaboration between Sports R&D, HP staff, and federations to translate research findings into actionable insights that enhance training effectiveness.
- Oversee the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies, aligning research outcomes with strategic goals to advance competitive advantages.
- Serve as a key liaison with federation leaders, fostering strong partnerships to drive alignment on HP objectives, expectations, and resource needs.
- Represent SOPC in high-performance discussions with national and international partners, advocating for SOPC’s strategic priorities and securing external support.
- Build relationships with external experts, researchers, and institutions to bring cutting-edge knowledge and resources into the SOPC’s high-performance framework.
- Regularly monitor federation and athlete performance data, collaborating with HP staff and coaches to identify trends, address challenges, and ensure objectives are met.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within federations, implementing feedback mechanisms to refine high-performance strategies and operations.
- Establish benchmarks and regularly review SOPC’s high-performance practices against international standards, adapting approaches to ensure SOPC remains at the forefront of athlete development and success.
