تعلن شركة Team Saudi عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير أمن الشبكات (Assistant Manager, Network Security) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى مسؤولية دعم الإدارة التشغيلية لمنصات أمن الشبكات التي تحمي البنية التحتية للمنظمة وخدمات الاتصال والبيئات الرقمية، وضمان تطبيق فعال لسياسات أمن الشبكات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم الإدارة التشغيلية لمنصات أمن الشبكات المؤسسية التي تحمي خدمات الاتصال والبيئات الرقمية.
  • ضمان التكوين والصيانة والمراقبة السليمة لتقنيات أمن الشبكات المستخدمة لتطبيق سياسات الحماية.
  • الحفاظ على توافر واستقرار منصات تطبيق أمن الشبكات.
  • دعم إدارة منصات جدران الحماية المؤسسية للتحكم في حركة المرور الواردة والصادرة والداخلية.
  • الحفاظ على سياسات فحص حركة المرور وتطبيق ضوابط التقسيم عبر البيئات المؤسسية.
  • دعم إدارة منصات الوصول الآمن عن بُعد للتحكم في الوصول إلى التطبيقات والأنظمة.
  • دعم الإدارة التشغيلية لمنصات الوصول بشبكة الثقة الصفرية (ZTNA) وخدمات SASE لتأمين بيئات الاتصال الموزعة والبعيدة.
  • دعم تنفيذ وتطبيق سياسات تقسيم الشبكة لحماية البنية التحتية الحيوية.
  • دعم إدارة منصات التحكم في الوصول إلى الشبكة (NAC) لفرض مصادقة الأجهزة وسياسات الوصول.
  • دعم الإدارة التشغيلية لمنصات بوابة أمان البريد الإلكتروني لحماية خدمات المراسلة من التهديدات الخارجية.
  • مراقبة منصات أمن الشبكات لضمان فعالية ضوابط الحماية، ودعم اكتشاف الأنشطة المشبوهة والاستجابة لها.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث المتعلقة بمنصات أمن الشبكات وحماية الاتصال، وتنسيق الاستجابة أثناء الحوادث الأمنية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق البنية التحتية والسحابة والتطبيقات لضمان توافق ضوابط أمن الشبكات مع متطلبات الاتصال.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق تكوينات ومعايير وإجراءات تشغيل البنية التحتية لأمن الشبكات.
  • دعم تطوير أدلة التشغيل والوثائق الفنية.
  • التعاون مع فريق عمليات الشبكة والأمن لتقديم الدعم عبر الوظائف المختلفة وضمان استمرارية التشغيل.
  • التنسيق مع الموردين لدعم حالات الصيانة وإدارة تقنيات الأمن.

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager, Network Security is responsible for supporting the operational management of network security platforms that protect the organization’s infrastructure, connectivity services, and digital environments. The role ensures secure network communication, controlled access to enterprise systems, and effective enforcement of network security policies across the organization.

The position focuses on the operation of enterprise network security technologies including firewall platforms, secure access services, and network access control systems. The role collaborates closely with infrastructure, system security, and cloud teams to ensure network security controls are consistently implemented across enterprise environments.

Network Security Platform Operations

  • Support operational administration of enterprise network security platforms protecting organizational connectivity services and digital environments.
  • Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network security technologies used to enforce network protection policies.
  • Maintain availability and operational stability of network security enforcement platforms.

Firewall & Traffic Security Management

  • Support management of enterprise firewall platforms controlling inbound, outbound, and internal network traffic.
  • Maintain network traffic inspection policies and enforce segmentation controls across enterprise environments.
  • Ensure firewall policies align with organizational security standards and connectivity requirements.

Secure Access & Remote Connectivity

  • Support administration of secure remote access platforms enabling controlled access to enterprise applications and systems.
  • Maintain operational security controls for remote connectivity services supporting internal users and external partners.

Zero Trust & Secure Access Services

  • Support operational management of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) platforms used to provide secure application access.
  • Support operation of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) services used to secure distributed and remote connectivity environments.
  • Ensure secure access mechanisms operate reliably and align with organizational access control policies.

Network Segmentation Enforcement

  • Support implementation and enforcement of network segmentation policies protecting critical infrastructure environments.
  • Collaborate with network operations teams to ensure segmentation controls are implemented correctly within network architectures.

Network Access Control

  • Support administration of Network Access Control (NAC) platforms enforcing device authentication and access policies within network environments.
  • Ensure access policies are properly applied to devices connecting to enterprise network environments.

Email Security Gateway

  • Support operational management of email security gateway platforms used to protect enterprise messaging services from external threats.
  • Maintain filtering policies and operational configurations to mitigate malicious email threats.

Network Security Monitoring

  • Monitor network security platforms to ensure effective enforcement of network protection controls.
  • Support detection and response to suspicious network activity affecting connectivity services.

Security Incident Response

  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to network security platforms and connectivity protections
  • Support response coordination during security incidents affecting network infrastructure.

Infrastructure & Platform Integration

  • Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure network security controls support enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure network security policies align with infrastructure connectivity requirements.

Operational Documentation

  • Maintain documentation related to Network security infrastructure platforms configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support development of operational runbooks and technical documentatio

Cross-Team Operational Support

  • Collaborate with other members of the Network & Security Operations team to support operational activities when required .
  • Provide cross-functional support across network, endpoint, and infrastructure services to ensure operational continuity.
  • Maintain domain expertise in security operations while contributing to broader infrastructure operational needs

Vendor & Technology Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors supporting security technologies and infrastructure protection platforms.
  • Assist in managing vendor support cases and technology maintenance activities

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Cybersecurity teams to ensure security operations align with organizational security policies and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint teams to ensure consistent enforcement of security controls across systems.
  • Support internal stakeholders in maintaining secure and reliable technology services across the organization.
