Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

مساعد مدير الأغذية والمشروبات (Food & Beverage Assistant Manager) في فندق Le Méridien، الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى الإشراف على عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات والطهي، وضمان رضا الضيوف والموظفين، والحفاظ على المعايير وتحقيق الأهداف المالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو GED مع 3 سنوات خبرة في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات أو الطهي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- أو درجة جامعية لمدة سنتين من جامعة معتمدة في إدارة خدمات الطعام، إدارة الفنادق والمطاعم، الضيافة، إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة مع سنة واحدة خبرة في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات أو الطهي أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات وخلق بيئة عمل تركز على التحفيز والتمكين والعمل الجماعي والتحسين المستمر والشغف بتقديم الخدمة.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة لجميع الموظفين والاستجابة السريعة والاستباقية لمخاوفهم.
- استخدام مهارات التدريب في جميع أنحاء المنشأة وإظهار الثقة بالنفس والطاقة والحماس.
- تحفيز وتشجيع الموظفين على حل مخاوف الضيوف والموظفين.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة والاستجابة السريعة والاستباقية لمخاوف الضيوف وفهم ثقافة خدمة العلامة التجارية.
- وضع توقعات الخدمة لجميع الضيوف داخلياً وخارجياً وتحمل مسؤولية الشكوى/المشكلة حتى حلها أو معالجتها من قبل المدير أو الموظف المناسب.
- متابعة الشكاوى للتأكد من معالجتها بما يرضي الضيف وبناء علاقات مع جميع الضيوف لزيادة العملاء المتكررين داخلياً وخارجياً.
- الامتثال لجميع إجراءات المحاسبة الخاصة بالشركة ومساعدة المدير العام في تدقيق الجودة السنوي حسب الحاجة.

- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations
