نبحث عن مدير عام ذي خبرة وديناميكية لقيادة فندق Le Méridien Medina. سيكون المرشح الناجح مديراً تنفيذياً متمرساً في مجال الضيافة، ولديه خلفية مثبتة في عمليات الفنادق الفاخرة أو الراقية، وفطنة تجارية قوية، وقدرة على دفع التميز التشغيلي مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير رضا النزلاء. سيتولى المدير العام المسؤولية الكاملة عن القيادة والربحية وتجربة النزلاء وارتباط الموظفين والتوجه الاستراتيجي للفندق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير استراتيجية الأعمال: متابعة اتجاهات الصناعة، مراقبة نقاط القوة والضعف لدى المنافسين، استكشاف فرص أعمال جديدة، وإعداد خطط أعمال تزيد من رضا العملاء والربحية والحصة السوقية.
  • تنفيذ استراتيجية الأعمال: ضمان توافق خطط الأعمال والموظفين مع الاستراتيجيات، ومحاسبة فريق القيادة على التنفيذ الناجح، وتجربة أفكار جديدة لتحسين رضا العملاء والربحية.
  • المبيعات والتسويق: العمل عن كثب مع فريق المبيعات والتسويق لتطوير استراتيجيات مدرة للإيرادات، وتحديد عملاء جدد، وضمان مواءمة استراتيجية المبيعات مع العلامة التجارية.
  • إدارة المواهب والقدرات التنظيمية: بناء لجنة تنفيذية متماسكة وعالية الأداء، تدريب الفريق وتقديم ملاحظات محددة، إنشاء خطط تطوير للموظفين وخطط تعاقب للوظائف المستقبلية.
  • تحليل معلومات الأعمال: مراجعة البيانات المتعلقة بالأعمال مثل الحصة السوقية والأداء المالي والمخزون وارتباط الموظفين ورضا العملاء، واستخدامها لمواجهة تغيرات السوق وتحقيق أهداف الربح.
  • علاقات الموظفين والعمل: التحقق من معاملة جميع الموظفين بعدالة واحترام، بناء علاقات مع الموظفين عبر التواصل المفتوح، الاحتفال بنجاحات الموظفين علناً، والعمل مع الموارد البشرية لزيادة الارتباط ومعالجة قضايا العمل.
  • إدارة الإيرادات: العمل مع فريق إدارة الإيرادات لتطوير استراتيجيات تسعير فعالة توازن بين الموسمية والاقتصاد وشرائح العملاء، ضمان توقعات الطلب وممارسات إيرادات سليمة لتعظيم العائد، والتحكم في نفقات العمل ورأس المال.
  • علاقات الملاك: بناء علاقة قوية مع ملاك الفندق من خلال التواصل الاستباقي والمستمر، وإطلاعهم على الأداء واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث) - شرط إلزامي.
  • فهم عميق لسوق الضيافة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في قيادة فنادق بشكل تصاعدي.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير عام في فندق راقٍ أو فاخر أو عالمي العلامة التجارية.
  • سجل مثبت في تحقيق نتائج مالية قوية وأداء متميز في رضا العملاء.
  • خبرة سابقة في قيادة فندق داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج - مفضلة.
  • خبرة في إدارة عقارات تخدم قطاعي السفر الديني والتجاري - مفضلة.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead Le Méridien Medina. The successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality executive with a proven background in luxury or premium hotel operations, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, guest experience, associate engagement, and strategic direction of the hotel. Given the hotel's unique market and guest profile, fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and a deep understanding of the Saudi hospitality landscape is highly desirable.

Saudi Nationals are strongly preferred; however, exceptional international candidates with the required experience will also be considered.

Preferred Profile

  • Saudi National preferred.
  • Prior experience leading a hotel within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Experience managing properties serving both corporate and religious travel segments.
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and service excellence.

Proven success working with hotel owners and asset management teams

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced hospitality or leadership qualifications preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian hospitality market.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager within an upscale, premium, luxury, or internationally branded hotel.
  • Proven success leading hotels with significant rooms inventory, food and beverage operations, and meeting/event facilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering strong financial results and guest satisfaction performance.

Works closely with Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue generating strategies for property; identifies new business leads, develops tailored sales approach, and actively pursues leads with Sales and Marketing team; validates that sales and marketing strategy is aligned with brand strategy and is effectively executed against established goals; verifies that property leaders understand and leverage Marriott demand engines to full potential; augments guest preference for property through booking ease and quality interactions with sales force.

Talent Management and Organizational Capability

Creates a cohesive and high-performance Executive Committee that continuously strives for positive results and improvement; coaches Executive Committee by providing specific feedback and holds them accountable for performance; creates learning and development opportunities for employees; creates and effectively executes development plans for both direct reports based on their individual strengths, development needs, and career aspirations; ensures all managers are doing the same for their direct reports; identifies resource needs to strengthen property team; creates succession plans for future job openings; actively supports the staffing process; ensures effective work processes, systems and teamwork are in place to maximize individual and overall property performance.

Business Information Analysis

Reviews business related data such as market share, financial performance, inventory, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction; analyzes business information to proactively address changing market conditions, ensure property operates within budgetary guidelines, and achieves profit margin goals; uses business information to identify indicators of product and service successes and opportunities for improvement; integrates business information into business plans.

Employee and Labor Relations

Verifies that all employees are treated fairly, and with respect; builds rapport with employees by fostering an environment of open communication and spending time with employees on the frontlines; makes self-available to employees (“open door policy”); verifies that pay and benefits are appropriate for labor market; celebrates the success of employees in a public way; works with Human Resources to maximize employee engagement and monitor local labor environment to address issues as needed.

Revenue Management

Owner Relations

Builds strong rapport with property owners through proactive and on-going communication; keeps owner informed of brand initiatives and guest experiences; provides owners with in-depth analysis of property performance, incorporating guest, financial and employee business data; manages an effective balance between owner interests and Marriott brand interests and develops solutions that create value for both; develops and effectively promotes ideas for improving property service and profitability to ownership.

Customer and Public Relations Management

Interacts with guests and other customers on a frequent basis to obtain feedback about their experiences on property; utilizes guest/customer feedback to recognize outstanding employee service performance and improve service delivery; emphasizes and holds leadership team accountable for addressing service failures or potential service failures, and for developing innovative ways to exceed guest expectations; establishes presence in the market by actively promoting an exemplary property/brand image, involving oneself in the local community, and by developing strategic alliances with local officials, businesses, and customers; anticipates needs of large groups or high profile guests in order to deliver flawless service; verifies that products, services, and events attain the appropriate publicity (“PR buzz”).
