تسعى المدرسة الأمريكية الدولية بالرياض (American International School Riyadh) إلى توظيف معلم صف دراسي معتمد للصفوف العليا في المرحلة الابتدائية للعام الدراسي 2027-2028. مدة العقد 190 يوماً، وساعات العمل من 8:00 صباحاً إلى 4:30 مساءً (5:00 مساءً يوم الثلاثاء).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التسبب في التفكير والتعلم والعمل، وتنمية متعلمين فضوليين ومستقلين ومرنين يُحدثون تغييراً إيجابياً في مجتمعاتهم.
- تصميم وتقديم دروس ومحتوى ومواد وفقاً لمناهج المدرسة ومعايير التدريس، واستخدام وسائل تعلم متنوعة لمراعاة اختلاف أساليب التعلم.
- إظهار المعرفة بنقاط القوة والاهتمامات والدوافع والقدرات الفردية للطلاب، وتخطيط تعليم متماسك لدعم تعلمهم ورفاهيتهم.
- الحفاظ على بيئة صفية فعّالة من حيث التنظيم والإدارة والرقابة.
- إدارة سلوك الطلاب وتسجيله ومراقبة التقدم.
- تهيئة بيئة تعليمية محورها الطالب، قائمة على الاحترام والرعاية، تدعم التعلم المناسب للنمو.
- جمع وتحليل واستخدام جميع البيانات ذات الصلة لقياس وتيسير التقدم الأكاديمي للطلاب.
- توصيل أهداف التعلم ومعايير التقييم بوضوح للطلاب.
- تقييم تعلم الطلاب بمعايير واضحة تتوافق مع أهداف التعلم.
- التعاون مع الزملاء وأولياء الأمور وأفراد المجتمع للنهوض برسالة المدرسة وتعزيز تعلم الطلاب.
- تنظيم وتخطيط وإدارة النوادي والأنشطة اللاصفية كجزء من برنامج المدرسة.
- المشاركة في برنامج التطوير المهني للمدرسة وعملية النمو المهني والتقييم.
- التواصل مع الأسر عبر التواصل المستمر والمؤتمرات والتقارير الدقيقة عن تقدم الطلاب، مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للأقسام.
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المدرسة والحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من السلوك الشخصي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من درجة البكالوريوس وشهادة تدريس سارية المفعول (من أمريكا الشمالية أو شهادة معادلة).
- شهادة تدريس في مجال التخصص و/أو المرحلة الدراسية المطلوبة.
- سجل مثبت من التميز في وظائف تدريس سابقة لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين (دوام كامل، تعليم K-12).
- خبرة في مجال التخصص.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.

The American International School - Riyadh is seeking a licensed full-time Elementary School Teacher for the 2027-2028 school year. Please only apply if you meet the minimum criteria below; candidates who do not meet the minimum criteria will not be considered.
The AIS-R Teacher
The Purpose of the AIS-R Teacher: To cause thinking, learning and action; to cultivate inquisitive, independent, and resilient learners who inspire positive change in their communities.
Qualifications
The Understandings, Skills, Values, and Mindset of an AIS-R Teacher are:
Contractual hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (5:00 pm on Tuesdays)
Faculty are expected to fulfill duties that extend beyond the school day, including commitments to after-school activities (ASAs), after-school learning (ASL), and coaching (requirement for Physical Education teachers).
All PE teachers are required to coach at least one sport in AIS-R’s Athletics program annually.
Learning and Growth: Performance is appraised through the AIS-R Professional Growth and Evaluation framework and in accordance with school policy by the designated Supervisor.
The AIS-R Teacher

Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree and valid teaching certificate (North American or equivalent certification)
- Certification in subject area and/or grade level is required
- Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred
- A proven record of excellence in prior teaching posts for a minimum of two years (full-time, K-12 teaching)
- Expertise in subject matter
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
