تعلن المدرسة الأمريكية الدولية بالرياض (AIS-R) عن توفر وظيفة مدرس EAL (الإنجليزية كلغة إضافية) للصفوف الابتدائية بدوام كامل للعام الدراسي 2026-2027، في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تاريخ البدء: 1 نوفمبر 2026.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في المملكة العربية السعودية وتابعاً لكفالة زوجه/زوجته.
  • شهادة تدريس مهنية (رخصة معلم ابتدائي).
  • شهادة تخصص في مجال (EAL).
  • درجة البكالوريوس (4 سنوات) إلزامية.
  • درجة الماجستير في التربية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضلة).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتقديم دروس ومواد تعليمية وفقاً لمناهج المدرسة ومعاييرها، واستخدام وسائل تعليمية متنوعة لتناسب اختلافات أنماط التعلم.
  • الحفاظ على فعالية إدارة الفصل وتنظيمه، وإدارة سلوك الطلاب وتسجيله ومراقبة تقدمهم.
  • خلق بيئة صفية محترمة ومرتكزة على الطالب تدعم التعلم المناسب للنمو.
  • تخطيط خطط تعلم متماسكة بأهداف محددة تتماشى مع معايير المستوى باستخدام إطار Understanding by Design.
  • جمع وتحليل واستخدام البيانات ذات الصلة لقياس وتسهيل التقدم الأكاديمي للطلاب.
  • التواصل الواضح حول أهداف التعلم ومعايير التقييم وتقييم تعلم الطلاب وفقاً لها.
  • التعاون مع الزملاء وأولياء الأمور وأفراد المجتمع لتعزيز رسالة المدرسة وتحسين تعلم الطلاب.

The American International School - Riyadh is seeking a certified full-time Elementary School EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications & Criteria

  • Candidate must be a resident of Saudi Arabia and dependent under his/her spouse's sponsorship.
  • Professional Teaching Certification is required. (Elementary School Licensed Educator).
  • Certification in the specific subject area.
  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • A proven record of excellence in prior teaching posts for a minimum of two years (full-time, K-12 teaching).
  • Expertise in subject matter - EAL.
  • Fluent English language capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understands and committed to AIS-R work hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (5:00pm on Tuesdays).
