تسعى BDI Saudi في مكتبها بالرياض إلى توظيف مسؤول أنظمة تقنية معلومات (IT Systems Administrator) للانضمام إلى فريق تقنية المعلومات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نبحث عن متخصص تقنية معلومات ذو خبرة عملية للانضمام إلى مكتبنا في الرياض، حيث سيتولى مسؤولية صيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، ودعم المستخدمين النهائيين، وضمان أمان وموثوقية أنظمتنا الداخلية.
- المرشح المثالي هو شخص يحل المشكلات ويزدهر في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة ويستمتع بالعمل عبر منصات الأجهزة والبرمجيات والسحابية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وتكوين وصيانة الأجهزة والبرمجيات وأنظمة الشبكات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني من المستوى الأول والثاني للموظفين.
- إدارة حسابات المستخدمين، وصلاحيات الوصول، وتجهيز الأجهزة.
- مراقبة أداء الأنظمة وحل الأعطال بشكل فوري.
- تنفيذ سياسات أمان تقنية المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات وإنفاذها.
- التنسيق مع البائعين الخارجيين ومزودي الخدمات.
- توثيق الأنظمة والإجراءات والأصول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور دعم تقنية المعلومات أو إدارته.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة Windows وmacOS والشبكات والخدمات السحابية (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- الإلمام بأساسيات الأمن السيبراني وحماية نقاط النهاية.
- مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتواصل.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة (CompTIA، Microsoft، Cisco) تعتبر ميزة.

We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to join our Riyadh office. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring the security and reliability of our internal systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and assets
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or administration role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
