جرانت ثورنتون السعودية، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تقديم الخدمات المهنية، تبحث عن Senior / Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. تسعى الشركة من خلال هذا الدور إلى دعم وإدارة مهام التسعير التحويلي لعملاء سعوديين ودوليين، مع التركيز على الامتثال والتوثيق والاستشارات ودراسات المقارنة ومسائل هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد ومراجعة Master Files و Local Files ونماذج الإفصاح عن المعاملات الخاضعة للرقابة وإخطارات الإبلاغ لكل دولة على حدة (CbCR) ووثائق التسعير التحويلي الأخرى.
  • إجراء تحليلات وظيفية وأصولية ومخاطرية، وإعداد دراسات اقتصادية ودراسات مقارنة للمعاملات بين الأطراف ذات العلاقة.
  • تطبيق أساليب التسعير التحويلي المناسبة وفقاً للوائح التسعير التحويلي السعودية وإرشادات ZATCA وإرشادات OECD.
  • دعم العملاء في تطوير وتوثيق وتنفيذ سياسات التسعير التحويلي للمعاملات المحلية والعابرة للحدود بين الأطراف ذات العلاقة.
  • تقديم المشورة بشأن مسائل التسعير التحويلي المتعلقة بالخدمات الإدارية والفنية وترتيبات التمويل والملكية الفكرية والتوزيع والتصنيع وغيرها من المعاملات بين الشركات.
  • مراجعة الاتفاقيات بين الشركات وتقييم مدى اتساقها مع سياسات التسعير التحويلي ذات الصلة والسلوك الفعلي للأطراف.
  • تحديد مخاطر التسعير التحويلي واقتراح إجراءات عملية لتحسين الامتثال وإدارة التعرض المحتمل.
  • دعم جوانب التسعير التحويلي في إعادة الهيكلة التجارية والاندماج والاستحواذ وإعادة تنظيم المجموعات والمعاملات العابرة للحدود.
  • المساعدة في مراجعات ZATCA للتسعير التحويلي وطلبات المعلومات والتقييمات والاعتراضات والطعون ومسائل حل النزاعات.
  • إعداد ردود فنية ومذكرات استشارية وتقارير ومراسلات وعروض تقديمية للعملاء.
  • مراقبة تطورات التسعير التحويلي السعودي والدولي وإيصال آثارها إلى العملاء والفرق الداخلية.
  • العمل كجهة اتصال يومية للمهام المحددة، مع ضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب وجودة الخدمة العالية.
  • إدارة مهام متعددة وتنسيق الجدول الزمني للمشاريع وضمان إنجاز التسليمات ضمن المواعيد النهائية والميزانيات المتفق عليها.
  • دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، بما في ذلك العروض والعروض التقديمية واجتماعات العملاء ومواد القيادة الفكرية.
  • الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين وتوجيههم ومراجعة عملهم.
  • التعاون مع فرق الضرائب المباشرة والزكاة وضريبة القيمة المضافة والضرائب الدولية والخدمات الاستشارية للصفقات والتدقيق والقانون لتقديم حلول متكاملة للعملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • يفضل الحصول على مؤهل مهني مثل SOCPA أو CPA أو ACCA أو CTA أو ADIT أو CFA أو ما يعادله.
  • خبرة عملية من ثلاث إلى ست سنوات في مجال التسعير التحويلي حسب مستوى التعيين.
  • الخبرة العملية في لوائح التسعير التحويلي السعودية ومتطلبات الامتثال مرغوب فيها بشدة.
  • الخبرة السابقة في شركة من الشركات الأربع الكبرى أو شركة خدمات مهنية دولية مرغوب فيها بشدة.
  • خبرة في إعداد وثائق التسعير التحويلي وإجراء دراسات المقارنة وتحليل المعاملات بين الأطراف ذات العلاقة.
  • خبرة في دعم مراجعات ZATCA للتسعير التحويلي أو المنازعات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على إدارة مهام متعددة للعملاء والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بلوائح التسعير التحويلي السعودية ومتطلبات ZATCA وإرشادات OECD للتسعير التحويلي.
  • فهم جيد لضريبة الدخل والزكاة السعودية وتفاعلها مع متطلبات التسعير التحويلي.
  • مهارات مالية واقتصادية وتحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
  • خبرة في استخدام قواعد بيانات وأدوات بحث التسعير التحويلي المعترف بها.

We are seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager of Transfer Pricing to join our Riyadh team. The role will support and manage transfer pricing engagements for Saudi and multinational clients, covering compliance, documentation, advisory, benchmarking, and ZATCA-related matters.

 

This is a client-facing opportunity for an experienced transfer pricing professional to develop strong technical expertise, manage day-to-day client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our Transfer Pricing practice in Saudi Arabia.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files, Controlled Transactions Disclosure Forms, Country-by-Country Reporting notifications, and other transfer pricing documentation.
  • Conduct functional, asset, and risk analyses and prepare economic and benchmarking studies for related-party transactions.
  • Apply appropriate transfer pricing methods in accordance with Saudi Transfer Pricing Bylaws, ZATCA guidelines, and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Support clients in developing, documenting, and implementing transfer pricing policies for domestic and cross-border related-party transactions.
  • Advise on transfer pricing matters relating to management and technical services, financing arrangements, intellectual property, distribution, manufacturing, and other intercompany transactions.
  • Review intercompany agreements and assess their consistency with the relevant transfer pricing policies and the actual conduct of the parties.
  • Identify transfer pricing risks and recommend practical measures to improve compliance and manage potential exposure.
  • Support transfer pricing aspects of business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganizations, and cross-border transactions.
  • Assist with ZATCA transfer pricing audits, information requests, assessments, objections, appeals, and dispute-resolution matters.
  • Prepare technical responses, advisory memoranda, reports, correspondence, and client presentations.
  • Monitor Saudi and international transfer pricing developments and communicate their implications to clients and internal teams.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned engagements, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage multiple engagements, coordinate project timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines and budgets.
  • Support business-development activities, including proposals, presentations, client meetings, and thought-leadership materials.
  • Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Direct Tax, Zakat, VAT, International Tax, Transaction Advisory, Audit, and Legal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm’s quality, ethical, independence, and risk-management requirements.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Three to six years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, depending on the level of appointment.
  • Practical experience in Saudi Arabian transfer pricing regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with a Big Four or international professional services firm is highly desirable.
  • Experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, and analyzing related-party transactions.
  • Experience supporting ZATCA transfer pricing audits or disputes is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet demanding deadlines.


Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Transfer Pricing Bylaws, ZATCA requirements, and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Good understanding of Saudi Corporate Income Tax and Zakat and their interaction with transfer pricing requirements.
  • Strong financial, economic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using recognized transfer pricing databases and research tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language capability is highly desirable.
  • Ability to professionally prepare technical reports, transfer pricing documentation, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients, internal stakeholders, and ZATCA representatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project-management, teamwork, and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
