AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن أخصائي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) مع خبرة في CAD للعمل على مشروع الجسور في منطقة الرياض، حيث سيتولى تطوير وإدارة وتحليل بيانات GIS والخرائط وقواعد البيانات المكانية والحلول الرقمية لدعم فرق الهندسة والتصميم والإنشاء والمسح وإدارة المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وإدارة وصيانة قواعد بيانات GIS وبيانات مكانية لمشاريع الجسور والبنية التحتية.
- وضع معايير GIS وسير العمل وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة لضمان سلامة البيانات واتساقها.
- جمع والتحقق من صحة وتنظيم وصيانة البيانات المكانية من فرق المسح والهندسة والمرافق والبيئة والإنشاء.
- ضمان التكامل الدقيق لبيانات GIS من أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين في المشروع.
- دعم تخطيط الجسور والبنية التحتية من خلال إنتاج خرائط موضوعية مفصلة وتحليلات مكانية.
- تطوير خرائط محاذاة الطرق ومنتجات تصور ممرات البنية التحتية.
- الحفاظ على السجلات المكانية لتقدم الإنشاء والأعمال المنجزة.
- تحليل العلاقات المكانية بين الجسور وشبكات الطرق والمرافق والتطورات المحيطة.
- إعداد تقارير GIS ولوحات معلومات وخرائط ويب ومرئيات لأصحاب المصلحة.
- إعداد عروض تقديمية وخرائط لاجتماعات التقدم ومراجعات العميل.
- دعم فرق الهندسة والتصميم من خلال تحليل البيانات المكانية وتطوير النماذج.
- دمج مجموعات بيانات GIS مع بيئات CAD و BIM لدعم تسليم المشروع.
- التحقق من الدقة المكانية لبيانات الهندسة والإنشاء.
- تتبع وإدارة معلومات GIS طوال دورة حياة الإنشاء.
- تطوير قوائم جرد الأصول وقواعد البيانات المكانية لمكونات الجسور وأنظمة البنية التحتية.
- دعم متطلبات التسليم الرقمي وبرامج إدارة الأصول.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأصول البنية التحتية المنجزة للتشغيل والصيانة المستقبلية.
- تطوير أدوات GIS وتطبيقات ولوحات معلومات لتحسين إعداد التقارير واتخاذ القرارات.
- دعم مبادرات التحول الرقمي وحلول البنية التحتية الذكية.
- المساهمة في أنظمة إدارة المشاريع ومراقبة الإنشاء الممكنة بواسطة GIS.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ التوأم الرقمي وتكامل BIM-GIS ومرئيات البيانات المكانية عند الاقتضاء.
- ضمان امتثال جميع مخرجات GIS لمعايير المشروع ومتطلبات العميل وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة على مجموعات البيانات المكانية ومخرجات الخرائط.
- الحفاظ على أمن البيانات والتحكم في الإصدار وإجراءات إدارة الوثائق.
- المشاركة في مراجعات المشروع وتدقيق البيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في GIS أو الجيوماتكس أو الجغرافيا أو المساحة أو الهندسة المكانية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل وجود درجة الماجستير في GIS أو الجيوماتكس أو العلوم المكانية.
- الشهادات المهنية في GIS مثل شهادة Esri التقنية مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في GIS لدعم مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع النقل أو الجسور أو الطرق السريعة أو البنية التحتية الحضرية.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات هندسية وإنشائية متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول الخليج العربي أو المملكة العربية السعودية مرغوبة للغاية.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم المؤسسات العميلة أو الاستشاريين الهندسيين أو المقاولين الكبار.

Your role
GIS Data Management & Development
- Develop, manage, and maintain GIS databases, geodatabases, and spatial datasets for bridge and infrastructure projects.
- Establish GIS standards, workflows, and quality control procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collect, validate, organize, and maintain geospatial data from survey, engineering, utility, environmental, and construction teams.
- Ensure accurate integration of GIS data from multiple project stakeholders.
- Support bridge and infrastructure planning by producing detailed thematic maps and geospatial analyses.
- Develop route alignment mapping and infrastructure corridor visualization products.
- Maintain geospatial records of construction progress and completed works.
- Spatial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze spatial relationships between bridges, road networks, utilities, and surrounding developments.
- Generate GIS reports, dashboards, web maps, and visualizations for project stakeholders.
- Prepare graphical presentations and maps for progress meetings and client reviews.
- Support engineering and design teams through geospatial data analysis and model development.
- Integrate GIS datasets with CAD and BIM environments to support project delivery.
- Verify spatial accuracy of engineering and construction data.
- Track and manage GIS information throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Develop asset inventories and geospatial databases for bridge components and infrastructure systems.
- Support digital handover requirements and asset management programs.
- Maintain accurate records of completed infrastructure assets for future operation and maintenance.
- Develop GIS tools, applications, and dashboards to improve project reporting and decision-making.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and smart infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to GIS-enabled project management and construction monitoring systems.
- Assist with implementation of digital twin, BIM-GIS integration, and geospatial data visualization initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure all GIS deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct quality checks on geospatial datasets and mapping outputs.
- Maintain data security, version control, and document management procedures.
- Participate in project audits and data reviews.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in GIS, Geomatics, or Spatial Sciences is advantageous.
- Professional GIS certifications such as Esri Technical Certification are preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of GIS experience supporting major infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on transportation, bridge, highway, or urban infrastructure projects.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering and construction environments.
- Previous GCC or KSA project experience is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting client organizations, engineering consultants, or major contractors is preferred.
- Strong spatial analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to transform complex geospatial information into meaningful visual outputs.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
