We are seeking professionally trained and experienced Massage Therapists to join a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality operation in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidates should have strong practical treatment skills, excellent guest-service standards and the ability to work discreetly within a high-end and private environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments according to guest requirements.
• Conduct appropriate consultations and identify suitable treatments.
• Provide treatments safely, professionally and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and products before and after each treatment.
• Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Ensure a high standard of personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Provide a calm, professional and personalised guest experience.
• Maintain appropriate treatment records where required.
• Ensure all products and equipment are used correctly and safely.
• Report any concerns or incidents to management.
• Maintain knowledge of professional massage techniques and wellness treatments.

Required Skills & Treatment Experience

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Recognised professional training and relevant certifications.
• Experience within luxury spas, 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private residences or high-end wellness environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of professional massage techniques and treatment procedures.
• Excellent hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Strong awareness of guest privacy, confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional wellness team.
