فندق رافلز مكة بالاس (Raffles Makkah Palace) التابع لشركة رافلز للفنادق والمنتجعات يعلن عن توفر وظيفة مضيف/مضيفة خدمات الطعام والشراب (F&B Server) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قراءة الأحداث اليومية للتعرف على أي وصول لضيوف مميزين (VIP).
  • معرفة جميع عناصر القائمة، وتزييناتها، ومحتوياتها، وطرق تحضيرها، وإبلاغ الضيوف بها بأدب ووضوح عند الطلب.
  • تقديم قوائم الأطفال عند المناسبة، ووصف العروض الخاصة والأطباق البديلة.
  • تقديم ورفع أصناف الطعام والشراب بشكل مهني وغير ملحوظ.
  • استخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS) لتسجيل المبيعات، وطباعة الفواتير، وإغلاقها، وإتمام إجراءات المقاصة النقدية.
  • حمل الصواني، وترتيب الطاولات وإعادة تجهيزها بالمفارش، والخزف، والزجاج، والفضيات.
  • التأكد من رضا الضيوف ومعالجة أي مشاكل تطرأ، وإبلاغ المدير بالمشكلة وكيفية حلها.
  • اتباع إجراءات التعامل بالنقد والبطاقات الائتمانية وفقاً لتوجيهات قسم المحاسبة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المطعم طوال فترة الخدمة.
  • تلميع الفضيات، وإعادة تعبئة الملح والفلفل والسكر ومبيضات القهوة وغيرها.
  • التأكد من أن منطقة العمل مزودة بالتوابل المناسبة طوال الوقت.
  • إبلاغ المدير بأي تعليقات من الضيوف حول الطعام والشراب.
  • التعامل مع معدات التشغيل وصيانتها بعناية.
  • التعرف على سياسات السلامة والصحة والنظافة والالتزام بها.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة مع الزملاء وجميع الأقسام الأخرى.
  • الإلمام الكامل بجميع خدمات وأقسام الطعام والشراب وخدمات الفندق وميزاته.
  • أداء مهام الفتح والإغلاق الجانبية حسب التكليف، وترتيب جميع الطاولات وفقاً للمعايير.
  • إبلاغ المدير بأي انحراف عن المعايير والإجراءات المقررة.
  • التأكد من أن جميع مناطق الخدمة والتخزين آمنة ونظيفة.
  • المساعدة في تقليل الهدر والإهمال والكسر وسوء التعامل مع المستلزمات والمعدات.
  • القيام بأعمال التنظيف والصيانة الخفيفة للمنفذ.
  • مساعدة منافذ الطعام والشراب الأخرى خلال فترات الذروة عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • إجادة القراءة والكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط.
  • مظهر لائق واهتمام دائم بالمظهر المهني.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع النقود والمحاسبة النقدية بكفاءة وفعالية.
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء، ومهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات.
  • المعرفة الأساسية بمنتجات الطعام والشراب.
  • روح الفريق مع مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • حاصل على التعليم الثانوي كحد أدنى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في تقديم الطعام والشراب.
  • خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع الجمهور و/أو العمل كمحصل نقدي.

The hotel combines the best of local cuisine and international dishes in each of its four outlets creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere in this diving setting. Guests can also indulge and immerse themselves in a relaxing sensory experience in our world renowned spa and fitness center or hold high-powered business gatherings in any of our state-of-the-art meeting rooms.

Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Read daily events to acknowledge any VIP arrivals
  • Must know all menu items, their garnishes, contents, and preparation methods, and be able to relay that information to guests in a polite and concise manner if asked
  • Present children's menus when appropriate, and describe specials and alternative cuisine
  • Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
  • Utilize the POS system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete cash-out procedures
  • Carry trays; bus and reset tables with linen, china, glassware, and silverware
  • Ascertain guests’ satisfaction and handle any problems that may arise, informing a manager of the issue and how it was resolved
  • Follow cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines of the Accounting Department
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly restaurant throughout service
  • Polish silverware; refill salt, pepper, sugar, creamers, etc.
  • Ensure that the workstation is stocked with appropriate condiments at all times
  • Report any guest comments regarding food and beverage to the manager
  • Handle and maintain operating equipment conscientiously
  • Learn and adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, and hotel services/features
  • Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned, and set all tables according to standards
  • Report to the manager any deviations from established standards and procedures
  • Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe and clean
  • Help minimize waste, negligence, breakage, and mishandling of supplies and equipment
  • Carry out light cleaning and maintenance of the outlet
  • Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak hours, if needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Able to account and handle cash effectively and efficiently
  • Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills
  • Basic F&B product knowledge
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Secondary education
  • Minimum 1-year food and beverage serving experience
  • Previous public contact and/or cashiering experience
