تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis من خلال قطاع البنية التحتية إلى توظيف مهندس أول لشبكات المرافق الجافة (Dry Utilities) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مكتب الرياض. سيدعم المهندس مشاريع البنية التحتية متعددة التخصصات لعملاء في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مع التركيز على تخطيط وتصميم وهندسة شبكات المرافق الجافة التي تشمل شبكات الكهرباء (الجهد المتوسط/المنخفض)، والمحولات، والشبكات الكهربائية، ومصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وإنارة الشوارع، والاتصالات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع البيانات وتحليلها لدعم المشاريع.
- تقديم الدعم الفني في تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة متعددة التخصصات.
- إعداد تقارير عن أداء المشاريع.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل الفريق.
- المساهمة في تطوير فريق عالي التحفيز والأداء، وخلق فرص تطوير للأفراد.
- تقديم الخبرات الفنية في مجموعة متنوعة من مشاريع الهندسة الكبيرة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة المرافق الجافة، مع خبرة كبيرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية في الإمارات/دول الخليج.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مشاريع بنية تحتية معقدة ومتعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة واسعة بأنظمة توزيع الطاقة الكهربائية، والمحولات، وإنارة الشوارع، والاتصالات، وتقنية المعلومات، والبنية التحتية الأمنية.
- خبرة في إدارة التنسيق مع الجهات المختصة والحصول على الموافقات الرسمية للمشاريع الكبرى.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة المشاريع وإدارة التصميم ودعم الإنشاءات.
- وعي تجاري قوي وقدرة على إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والموارد.
- القدرة على تسليم مشاريع متعددة في بيئة سريعة ومتعددة التخصصات.
- الالتزام بالتميز التقني والابتكار والجودة وخدمة العملاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج AutoCAD، وRevit/BIM، وDIALux، وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، وكتابة التقارير الفنية، والعروض التقديمية.
- قدرة مثبتة على القيادة وإدارة الفرق والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية.
- خبرة في البنية التحتية المستدامة، وتكامل الطاقة المتجددة، ومشاريع المدن الذكية (ميزة إضافية).

Your role
- Job also requires ability to assemble and analyze data.
- Technical support on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects delivery.
- Report on project performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the team.
- Assist in developing a highly motivated and performing team creating opportunities for the development of individuals.
- Provide technical expertise on a variety of large engineering projects.
- Increase your networking profile with both internal and external clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in dry utilities engineering, with significant UAE/GCC infrastructure project experience.
- Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary infrastructure and utilities projects.
- Extensive knowledge of power distribution systems, substations, street lighting, telecommunications, ICT, and security infrastructure.
- Experience managing utility coordination and obtaining authority approvals for major developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, DIALux, and related engineering software.
- Strong project management, design management, and construction support experience.
- Excellent communication, technical report writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets and resources.
- Experience in sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and smart city developments is advantageous.
- Ability to deliver multiple projects within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
