شركة Parker Hannifin تبحث عن أخصائي سلامة وصحة مهنية وبيئة (EHS Specialist I) للعمل في مصنعها بالمنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. سيكون المسؤول عن تنفيذ وتنسيق أنشطة الجودة، التحسين المستمر (Lean)، والسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية من خلال التواجد الميداني، التوجيه، إشراك الموظفين، والكشف الاستباقي عن المخاطر.
- القيادة في معايير الجودة وضمان مطابقة التصنيع للمعايير والمتطلبات المحلية.
- دفع أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وبرامج تدريب EHS للموظفين لضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية في إدارة الجودة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة، وتحديد السبب الجذري، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وبرامج وإجراءات EHS لضمان سلامة الأفراد.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق السلامة، التفتيش، والتحقيقات في بيئات العمل والعمليات لضمان الامتثال للوائح الحكومية ومعايير الصناعة.
- صيانة التصاريح والسجلات والتقارير المطلوبة لضمان الجاهزية للتدقيق والتنظيم.
- دعم مراقبة ومراجعة الضمان من خلال تقديم الدعم الفني لمدير الضمان وتقديرات التكلفة لإنجاز إجراءات الضمان.
- مراقبة أداء الفريق في تقدير تكلفة المشكلات في مرحلة الحل.
- تنفيذ معايير EHS والجودة والتحسين المستمر (LEAN).
- تقليل إصابات مكان العمل والحوادث الوشيكة والظروف غير الآمنة من خلال البرامج الوقائية.
- إكمال تحقيقات الحوادث في الوقت المناسب ودفع إغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- رصد الإبلاغ عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- صيانة وثائق وتقارير دقيقة وجاهزة للتدقيق تحسباً لعمليات التدقيق أو التفتيش الداخلي أو الخارجي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- التعليم المناسب الذي يفي بالحد الأدنى من المتطلبات.
- مؤهلات في الصحة والسلامة، الهندسة، التصنيع، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في دعم أو قيادة: المعايير التشريعية المحلية للتصنيع، التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي، إدارة المقاولين، أنظمة تصاريح العمل، مبادرات السلامة السلوكية، والاستعداد والاستجابة للطوارئ.

Position Summary
The Quality, Lean & HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing, leading and coordinating Quality, Lean/Continuous improvement, and Health, Safety & Environment activities across the Saudi manufacturing site.

The Quality, Lean & HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing, leading and coordinating Quality, Lean/Continuous improvement, and Health, Safety & Environment activities across the Saudi manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
- Promote a strong safety culture through visible floor presence, coaching, employee engagement and proactive hazard recognition.
- Lead on quality standards, ensuring manufacturing meets appropriate local standards and requirements.
- Drive Health and Safety and Environment performance and EHS Training programmes for employees, ensuring compliance to regulatory standards.
- Provide Technical and Quality Management expertise
- Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Work to develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures to assure personnel safety
- Perform safety audits, inspections and investigations of work environments, processes, and operations in compliance with government regulations and industry standards and corporate and divisional procedures.
- Maintain required permits, records and reports to ensure audit and regulatory readiness
- Support warranty monitoring and control by providing technical support to warranty manager as well as cost estimates for completion of any warranty actions.
- Monitor team performance for estimating cost of issues at resolution stage.
- Implement EHS, Quality and LEAN standards
- Reduce workplace injuries, near misses and unsafe conditions through prevention- focused programs
- Complete timely incident investigations and drive closure of corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and audit ready documentation and reports inn readiness for internal, external or regulatory audits or inspections.
- Appropriate education meeting minimum requirements
- Qualifications in Health & Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting or leading:
- Local legislative standards for manufacturing,
- internal and external audits,
- contractor management,
- permit-to-work systems,
- behavioural safety initiatives,
- emergency preparedness and response.
- Excellent communication skills (ability to relate to staff of all levels / disciplines).
- Team player with ability to positively influence others.
- Strong working knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Proven ability to identify hazards, assess risk, and implement effective control measures.
- Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
- Ability to develop and review risk assessments, safe systems of work, and operational procedures.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to deliver training, toolbox talks, and practical safety guidance to operational teams.
