تعلن شركة DXC Technology عن توفر وظيفة محلل أول في عمليات تقنية المعلومات (Sr Analyst I IT Operations) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم دعم فني متخصص في خدمات البنية التحتية والاستجابة للمشكلات والاستفسارات المعقدة.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ مشاريع ومبادرات البنية التحتية وتنفيذ المهام المسندة.
  • مراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة البنية التحتية بشكل مستمر لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
  • التعاون مع الفريق لتحسين كفاءة البنية التحتية وحل التحديات التقنية.
  • المشاركة في تطوير توثيق البنية التحتية بما في ذلك تقارير الحوادث وتفاصيل التكوين.
  • تطبيق المعرفة التقنية العميقة لمعالجة المشكلات المعقدة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية.
  • اتباع أفضل الممارسات والمعايير المعتمدة في تقديم خدمات البنية التحتية.
  • استخدام التفكير النقدي والمهارات التقنية لإيجاد حلول لمشكلات البنية التحتية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة أو ما يعادلها من خبرة وتعليم.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال مع سنتين على الأقل في دور مماثل.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تحليل تقنيات البنية التحتية.
  • درجة متقدمة في مجال ذي صلة (ميزة إضافية).
  • شهادات مهنية مثل Cisco CCNA، AWS Certified Solutions Architect، أو CompTIA Security+ (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان تحليل البيانات وحل المشكلات.
  • التعلم المستمر والاطلاع على أحدث المعارف والتقنيات في المجال.
  • التفكير النقدي والمهارات التقنية المتقدمة.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحسين كفاءة العمليات.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries.
  • Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.
  • Continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
  • Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
  • Apply deep technical knowledge to address complex infrastructure-related problems.
  • Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
  • Apply critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
  • Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus.
