Shuaa Steel is looking for an experienced Workshop Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia and supervise day-to-day steel fabrication and manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fabrication and production activities within the workshop.

• Review engineering and fabrication drawings before and during production.

• Plan, assign, and monitor activities across workshop teams and technicians.

• Supervise cutting, forming, welding, assembly, and finishing operations.

• Ensure fabrication activities comply with technical specifications, approved drawings, and quality requirements.

• Monitor production progress, productivity, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.

• Monitor material and equipment requirements for production activities.

• Prepare regular reports on production progress and workshop performance.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant workshop or manufacturing experience.

• Experience in steel fabrication and metal manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cutting, forming, welding, and assembly processes.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.

• Strong team supervision, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
