Shuaa Steel is looking for a qualified Quality Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia and support quality assurance and control throughout our steel fabrication and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials and monitor fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

• Monitor welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes.

• Conduct inspections during different stages of production and document inspection results.

• Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and related documentation.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.

• Experience in steel fabrication and metal manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of welding, fabrication, inspection, and quality control processes.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
