تعلن شركة UR SUPPORT عن توفر وظيفة مدير تطوير الأعمال في مجال الإنتاج الإعلامي (Media Production Business Development Manager) بمدينة الرياض، بهدف دفع عجلة الإيرادات وتوسيع الحضور السوقي في قطاعات الإعلام والإعلان والإنتاج والتصوير والإعلانات التلفزيونية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة عبر العلامات التجارية والوكالات والقطاعات الحكومية
- توليد العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى مشاريع موقعة
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء
- عرض قدرات الشركة وقيادة اجتماعات العملاء والعروض التقديمية
- إعداد وإدارة الردود على طلبات العروض (RFPs) ومقترحات المشاريع بما في ذلك المناقصات الحكومية
- التنسيق الداخلي مع فرق الإبداع والإنتاج والمالية لتقديم مقترحات تنافسية
- تطوير شراكات استراتيجية مع الوكالات وفرق التسويق ومنظمي الفعاليات
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين والقطاعات عالية الطلب
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال داخل مجال الإعلام أو الإعلان أو الإنتاج
- خبرة قوية في إعداد المقترحات وطلبات العروض والعروض التقديمية للعملاء
- شبكة علاقات قوية داخل السوق السعودي (ميزة إضافية)
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية
- التركيز على العميل مع قدرة عالية على بناء العلاقات
- التنظيم مع مهارات جيدة في التخطيط والتنسيق
- عقلية تحليلية مع القدرة على حل المشكلات

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing high-impact projects across brands, agencies, and government entities.

We are looking for our operation in KSA , a dynamic Business Development Manager in the Media / Advertising / Production / Filming / TVC industry to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing high-impact projects across brands, agencies, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and government sectors
- Generate leads and convert them into signed projects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Present capabilities and lead client meetings and pitches
- Prepare and manage RFP responses and project proposals (including government tenders)
- Coordinate internally with creative, production, and finance teams to deliver competitive proposals
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing teams, and event organizers
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and high-demand sectors
- 5+ years of experience in business development within media, advertising, or production
- Strong experience in proposals, RFPs, and client pitches
- Solid network within the Saudi market is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused with strong relationship-building ability
- Organized with good planning and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of production workflows
