تسعى شركة Parsons إلى تعيين فني أول في نظم المعلومات الجغرافية / التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (Senior GIS/CAD Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق عملها في مدينة تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وتوفير الدعم الجغرافي المكاني المتخصص عبر المشروع.
- تطوير وإدارة وصيانة قواعد البيانات الجغرافية (geodatabases) للمشروع.
- جمع ومعالجة والتحقق من صحة وتحليل وتصور البيانات المكانية.
- الحفاظ على دقة طبقات GIS الخاصة ببنية المشروع التحتية (المرافق، المباني، الطرق، الأرصفة، الصرف الصحي، والأصول الأخرى).
- دمج بيانات المسح والتصميم (CAD) ونمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) ونظام تحديد المواقع (GPS) والأقمار الصناعية والطائرات بدون طيار والحقلية ضمن منصات GIS.
- ضمان إسناد جميع المعلومات المكانية جغرافيًا بشكل صحيح وتوافقها مع أنظمة الإحداثيات المعتمدة للمشروع.
- مراجعة بيانات GIS من حيث الدقة والاكتمال والاتساق والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- وضع معايير بيانات GIS والحفاظ عليها، بما في ذلك اصطلاحات التسمية والبيانات الوصفية (metadata) وهياكل البيانات.
- إجراء تحليلات مكانية لدعم أنشطة الهندسة والبناء والتخطيط والخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة الأصول.
- تطوير خرائط GIS والرسومات ولوحات المعلومات ومنتجات التصور البياني وصيانتها.
- دعم فرق المشروع بالاستعلامات المكانية والتحليل ومتطلبات المعلومات الجغرافية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المسح لضمان دقة ضبط المسح والإحداثيات والعلامات المساحية والبيانات المكانية.
- التنسيق مع فرق BIM لدمج نماذج BIM مع بيانات GIS عند الحاجة.
- دعم التكامل بين أنظمة GIS وBIM وCAD وCDE وإدارة الأصول.
- إجراء تحويل البيانات بين صيغ GIS وCAD والهندسية المختلفة.
- إدارة استيراد وتصدير البيانات الجغرافية المكانية وتحريرها وتنظيفها وتحويلها.
- الحفاظ على البيانات الوصفية وضمان إمكانية تتبع مجموعات بيانات GIS.
- تحديد الفجوات في البيانات والتناقضات والتكرارات والصراعات المكانية.
- إجراء ضمان الجودة على بيانات GIS وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- دعم تطوير سير العمل الآلي لـ GIS وعمليات إدارة البيانات.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني لموظفي GIS المبتدئين وفرق المشروع.
- إعداد تقارير GIS والخرائط ولوحات المعلومات والعروض التقديمية الفنية.
- صيانة سجلات GIS وسجلات البيانات المخزنة وسجلات المشكلات وتقارير جودة البيانات.
- دعم متطلبات التسليم الرقمي ومتطلبات معلومات الأصول.
- ضمان أن تظل معلومات GIS محدثة طوال مراحل التصميم والبناء والتشغيل والتسليم.
- تطوير وصيانة مجموعات بيانات GIS الخاصة بمحطات المطار ومرافق المطارات والممرات والممرات الجانبية ووسائد الطائرات والطرق والمرافق والصرف الصحي والبنية التحتية الخارجية.
- دعم إدارة المعلومات المكانية وقواعد بيانات البنية التحتية على مستوى المطار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) أو الجيوماتكس أو المساحة أو الجغرافيا أو الهندسة المدنية أو تقنية المعلومات أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال GIS أو إدارة المعلومات الجغرافية المكانية أو رسم خرائط البنية التحتية أو الهندسة الرقمية.
- خبرة قوية في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو مشاريع المطارات أو النقل أو المرافق أو مشاريع البناء متعددة التخصصات.
- إتقان متقدم لبرامج ArcGIS Pro وArcGIS Online وArcGIS Enterprise أو منصات GIS المكافئة.
- معرفة قوية بقواعد البيانات الجغرافية والتحليل المكاني وإدارة البيانات وتصور GIS.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والمعلومات الجغرافية المكانية.
- استخدام ArcGIS Pro / Enterprise / Online.
- التحليل المكاني وإدارة قواعد البيانات الجغرافية.
- ضمان جودة بيانات GIS.
- رسم خرائط البنية التحتية وخرائط المرافق.
- يُفضل بشدة خبرة في دمج بيانات CAD والهندسة بما في ذلك AutoCAD / Civil 3D.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior GIS /CAD Technician to join our team in Tabuk, KSA
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead GIS activities and provide specialist geospatial support across the project.Develop, manage, and maintain project GIS databases and geodatabases.
- Collect, process, validate, analyze, and visualize spatial data.Maintain accurate GIS layers for project infrastructure, utilities, buildings, roads, pavements, drainage, and other assets.Integrate survey, CAD, BIM, GPS, satellite, drone, and field data into GIS platforms.
- Ensure all spatial information is correctly georeferenced and aligned with approved project coordinate systems.
- Review GIS data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Establish and maintain GIS data standards, naming conventions, metadata, and data structures.
- Perform spatial analysis to support engineering, construction, planning, logistics, and asset management activities.Develop and maintain GIS maps, drawings, dashboards, and visualization products.
- Support project teams with spatial queries, analysis, and geospatial information requirements.Coordinate with Survey teams to ensure accurate survey control, coordinates, benchmarks, and spatial datasets.
- Coordinate with BIM teams to integrate BIM models and GIS datasets where required.Support integration between GIS, BIM, CAD, CDE, and asset management systems.
- Perform data conversion between different GIS, CAD, and engineering formats.
- Manage geospatial data imports, exports, editing, cleaning, and transformation.Maintain metadata and ensure traceability of GIS datasets.Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and spatial conflicts.Conduct GIS quality assurance and implement corrective actions where required.Support development of automated GIS workflows and data management processes.Provide technical guidance to junior GIS staff and project teams.
- Prepare GIS reports, maps, dashboards, and technical presentations.Maintain GIS registers, data inventories, issue logs, and data quality reports.Support digital handover and asset information requirements.
- Ensure GIS information remains current throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover.Airport / Infrastructure & Airfield
- Develop and maintain GIS datasets for airport terminals, airfield facilities, runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, utilities, drainage, and external infrastructure.
- Support management of airport-wide spatial information and infrastructure databases.
- Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Geography, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of r experience in GIS, geospatial information management, infrastructure mapping, or digital engineering.
- Strong experience working on major infrastructure, airport, transportation, utilities, or multidisciplinary construction projects.Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, or equivalent GIS platforms.Strong knowledge of geodatabases, spatial analysis, data management, and GIS visualization.
