Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer - Roads and Concrete Works based in Qassim. The Site Engineer will supervise and manage road construction and supporting concrete works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing site activities, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, reviewing drawings and technical documents, and monitoring progress against schedule. The role also involves conducting inspections and quality control checks, resolving technical issues on site, preparing site reports, and supporting implementation of HSE procedures. The Site Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of construction methods and effective communication across the project team.

Qualifications

• On-site supervision and field management skills, including the ability to oversee daily construction activities and respond to site conditions effectively with at least experience 7-10 years in similar field.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with project stakeholders, report site status, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Quality control and assurance capabilities, including inspection of roads and concrete works, adherence to standards, and documentation of nonconformities.
• Foundational knowledge in structural engineering and civil engineering principles relevant to roads, foundations, and concrete structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role in road and concrete construction projects.
• Familiarity with local and international construction codes, HSE regulations, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using relevant engineering and office software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
