سيتولى المدير الأول - التجاري في شركة القدية للاستثمار دورًا محوريًا في صياغة وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التجارية للمشاريع البارزة في قطاع الترفيه والترويح. يشغل هذا المنصب القيادي محترف ذو رؤية مستقبلية قادر على التعامل مع المشهد التجاري المعقد، وضمان توافق جميع المبادرات مع رؤية الشركة وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة. سيقود العمليات التجارية مع التركيز على تعظيم القيمة وتخفيف المخاطر وقيادة مفاوضات العقود، والعمل مع فرق متنوعة لتعزيز التعاون وتحسين إدارة العقود من البداية وحتى التسليم. يُتوقع أن يكون قائدًا استراتيجيًا ذا فهم عميق للإدارة التجارية في المشاريع كبيرة النطاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صياغة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تجارية تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة للمشاريع الكبرى
- قيادة المفاوضات مع المقاولين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لتأمين شروط تجارية مواتية
- الإشراف على عمليات إدارة العقود، وضمان الامتثال وتخفيف المخاطر طوال دورة حياة المشروع
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق والمشهد التنافسي لتحديد فرص النمو
- تعزيز العلاقات مع الشركاء الخارجيين لتسهيل التعاون وتحسين نتائج المشاريع
- توجيه وتطوير الفريق التجاري، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والتحسين المستمر
- إعداد تقارير وعروض تقديمية مفصلة للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الإدارة التجارية أو التفاوض على العقود ضمن قطاعي البناء والعقارات
- سجل مثبت في إدارة المشاريع والعقود كبيرة النطاق بنجاح
- خبرة قيادية مع التركيز على تطوير الفريق وتعزيز الأداء
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات استثنائية في التفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين، والقدرة على إشراك أصحاب المصلحة بفعالية
- قدرات تحليلية وتفكير استراتيجي قوية

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
