تعلن شركة (Base Career) بالنيابة عن شركة Dhaval Engineering - India عن توفر وظيفة مشغل عجلة تحميل (Wheel Loader Operator) للعمل في الرياض. الوظيفة دوام كامل في الموقع، وتتطلب تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة في مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية وفق أعلى معايير السلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل للمعدات والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة والمساعدة في أعمال الصيانة الأساسية والتنظيف.
- الحفاظ على تنظيم مناطق العمل ودعم الأنشطة الأخرى في الموقع حسب الحاجة لضمان تحقيق المواعيد النهائية ومعايير الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل عجلات التحميل أو معدات ثقيلة مماثلة في مشاريع البناء أو التعدين أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- فهم قوي لسلامة الموقع وإدارة حركة المرور وإجراءات مناولة المواد الآمنة.
- القدرة على فحص المعدات والتعرف على المشكلات الميكانيكية والإبلاغ عنها فورًا.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة للتنسيق مع المشرفين وعمال الإشارة وفريق الموقع.
- لياقة بدنية والقدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق في ظروف جوية متغيرة لفترات طويلة.
- رخصة تشغيل معدات ثقيلة سارية أو شهادة معتمدة حسب اللوائح المحلية في الرياض.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وجداول العمل ومعايير الجودة مع الموثوقية والالتزام بالمواعيد.
