المهام والمسؤوليات
- وضع الرؤية التقنية وخارطة الطريق لتقنيات إدارة الحزم ودورة حياة النظام، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المنصة الأوسع.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم وتوجيه القرارات الفنية الرئيسية المتعلقة بإدارة البرمجيات والتحديثات والترقيات والسائقين والبرامج الثابتة والبنية التحتية المرتبطة.
- تعزيز معايير عالية للأداء والموثوقية والأمان والتوافق وقابلية الصيانة وجودة البرمجيات بشكل عام.
- قيادة ودعم فريق من المهندسين ذوي الخبرة، وخلق بيئة قائمة على التملك والتعاون والتميز التقني والتحسين المستمر.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the technologies that underpin software management and system lifecycle experiences across Ubuntu.
You will combine technical leadership with people management, shaping engineering direction while supporting the growth and development of experienced engineers.

- Package management: Familiarity with package repositories, archives, package management, or software lifecycle technologies is valuable.
