يسر شركة iSolution توظيف مهندس حلول GCP (GCP Solution Architect) في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم واقتراح حلول سحابية بناءً على متطلبات العملاء باستخدام Google Cloud Platform (GCP) أو AWS أو Microsoft Azure.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية والدعم طوال دورة حياة ما قبل البيع.
- تحليل متطلبات الأعمال والفنية للعملاء والتوصية بحلول سحابية مناسبة.
- المساعدة في تصميم الحلول والتكوين والبنية من خلال التعاون مع الفرق الفنية الداخلية.
- المشاركة في التأهيل الفني لفرص المبيعات من خلال تقييم متطلبات العملاء والمنافسة وعمليات اتخاذ القرار ونطاق المشروع.
- قيادة النقاشات الفنية والعروض التقديمية وورش العمل وعروض توضيحية للحلول مع العملاء.
- تقديم نماذج الإثبات (PoCs) للتحقق من صحة الحلول المقترحة ودعم إغلاق المبيعات بنجاح.
- العمل كحلقة وصل فنية بين فريقي المبيعات والتسليم، مع ضمان التواصل الواضح بشأن تصميم الحلول ونهج التنفيذ والجداول الزمنية ونطاق المشروع.
- إعداد المقترحات الفنية والتجارية، بما في ذلك بنية الحلول عالية المستوى وتخطيط النشر وتقدير الجهد وتكلفة الموارد.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان وضع الحلول بنجاح ورضا العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية مع منصة سحابية رئيسية واحدة على الأقل: Google Cloud Platform (يفضل)، AWS، أو Microsoft Azure.
- خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 7 سنوات (مستوى متوسط).
- يشترط التحدث باللغة العربية فقط.

- Key Responsibilities
- Design and propose cloud solutions based on customer requirements using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
- Analyse customer business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate cloud solutions
- Assist in solution design, configuration, and architecture by collaborating with internal technical teams
- Participate in technical qualification of sales opportunities by assessing customer requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and project scope
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations with customers
- Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions and support successful sales closures
- Act as the technical liaison between the Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring clear communication regarding solution design, implementation approach, timelines, and project scope
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including high-level solution architecture, deployment planning, effort estimation, and resource costing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution positioning and customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Years of experience - Mid level ( 5 to 7 years)
