يسر شركة Linnk Group التقديم نيابة عن أحد العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن فرصة وظيفية لأخصائي نمو رقمي (Digital Growth Specialist) في الرياض. ستعمل على تصميم وتنفيذ حملات نمو رقمية تعتمد على البيانات لتعزيز اكتساب العملاء وتفعيلهم وزيادة استخدام المنتجات المصرفية الرقمية (البطاقات، الإقراض، الودائع).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنفيذ حملات النمو الرقمي لمنتجات البطاقات والإقراض والودائع وغيرها من المنتجات المصرفية للأفراد.
- تصميم رحلات العملاء تشمل مراحل الاكتساب وتفعيل البطاقة وأول معاملة وإعادة التنشيط وزيادة الإنفاق والبيع المتقاطع.
- التعاون مع فرق CRM والتحليلات في تقسيم العملاء واستهداف الحملات وتتبع الأداء.
- تحليل رحلات العملاء ومسارات التحويل لتحديد نقاط التراجع وتحسين التحويل.
- تتبع أداء الحملات عبر مراحل الاكتساب والتفعيل والتحويل والإنفاق والمشاركة وتكلفة الحملة.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتج والرقمي والتسويق والمخاطر والامتثال وCRM والتحليلات لإطلاق الحملات وتحسينها.
- تقديم توصيات مبنية على البيانات لتحسين تفاعل العملاء وتبني المنتجات الرقمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو المالية أو المصارف أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في النمو الرقمي أو CRM أو التسويق لدورة حياة العميل أو التسويق بالأداء أو تفاعل العملاء.
- خبرة إلزامية في قطاع الخدمات المصرفية للأفراد أو الخدمات المالية.
- خبرة عملية في حملات البطاقات أو الإقراض أو الودائع.
- فهم قوي لرحلات العملاء وتحليل مسارات التحويل والتقسيم وتحسين التحويل.
- خبرة في استخدام منصات CRM وإدارة الحملات والعمل مع فرق التحليلات.
- تفضل الخبرة المصرفية في السعودية أو دول الخليج.

Role Overview
Our client in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and usage across digital banking products, including cards, lending, and deposits. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven digital growth campaigns and customer journeys that convert digital interest into active and engaged customers.

Contract: Yearly Renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital growth campaigns for cards, lending, deposits, and other retail banking products.
- Design customer journeys covering acquisition, card activation, first transaction, reactivation, spend growth, and cross-selling.
- Work with CRM and Analytics teams on customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance tracking.
- Analyse customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify drop-offs and improve conversion.
- Track campaign performance across acquisition, activation, conversion, spend, engagement, and campaign cost.
- Collaborate with Product, Digital, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, CRM, and Analytics teams to launch and optimise campaigns.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer engagement and digital product adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, or customer engagement.
- Mandatory experience in retail banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with cards, lending, or deposit campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel analysis, segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with CRM and campaign management platforms and working with analytics teams.
- Saudi or GCC banking experience is preferred.
