Job Objective

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Identity & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and efficient identity, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure solutions across on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Defender, Purview, Identity Governance, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and SSO technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

• Manage and implement Active Directory migration, consolidation, modernization, and hybrid identity projects.
• Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and hybrid identity solutions.
• Configure Entra ID Identity Governance, including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Implement enterprise SSO using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Configure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
• Implement and support Windows Hello for Business.

Microsoft 365 & Collaboration

• Manage Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
• Administer and secure SharePoint Online.
• Manage Microsoft Teams, including lifecycle management, governance, and policies.
• Administer OneDrive for Business, ensuring security, compliance, and backup integration.
• Support Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, and security strategies.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls.

Endpoint Management & Security

• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.
• Implement Windows Autopilot and endpoint compliance policies.
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender XDR.
• Support Defender for Cloud Apps and endpoint security initiatives.
• Implement and manage BitLocker and related endpoint security controls.
• Configure Microsoft Purview, including DLP, compliance, and Sensitivity Labels.

Automation & Integration

• Utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation, reporting, integrations, and identity management.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automated workflows for provisioning, access reviews, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Use Azure Automation and other Microsoft automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Microsoft identity services with external enterprise applications and platforms.

Architecture, Planning & Implementation

• Conduct assessments of existing hybrid and cloud environments.
• Design and implement secure identity and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture documents, procedures, and implementation plans.
• Lead implementation, testing, deployment, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership and independently manage assigned projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Strong practical experience in Microsoft identity, cloud, and collaboration technologies.
