شركة Jacobs تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Quantity Surveyor للعمل في مشروع NEOM بمنطقة الجوف، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في الجوانب المالية والتعاقدية لحزم العمل المتعددة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المتابعة، وتوثيق محاضرها وإعدادها عادةً.
- تقديم الدعم في جميع الأمور المالية والتعاقدية خلال سير العمل في حزم العمل المتعددة.
- إنهاء شهادات الدفع الشهرية للمقاولين في الحزم المتعددة بمساعدة مساحي الكميات.
- ضمان تنظيم جميع سجلات التكاليف والكميات من قبل مساحي الكميات.
- تقديم المشورة لمهندسي الموقع ومهندسي المقاول على إجراءات القياس وحساب الكميات المؤقتة والنهائية.
- تقييم معدلات الوحدات لبنود العمل الجديدة بمساعدة مساحي الكميات.
- وضع طريقة لتسجيل التفاصيل ومراقبة تسجيل ومعالجة الأعمال اليومية.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن تخصيص موارد المقاول.
- إعداد البيانات المالية للتقرير الشهري.
- تدقيق المدفوعات للمقاولين في الحزم المتعددة.
- ضمان تقديم التقييمات في الوقت المناسب واكتمالها.
- فحص وتسجيل قياسات العمل المنجز.
- مراقبة تقديرات التكلفة النهائية للعقود.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الإنفاق.
- التنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة فريقه.
- إعداد الحساب النهائي مع جميع المستندات الداعمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل الحصول على صفة Chartered (مهني معتمد).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التخرج في جميع جوانب مسح الكميات مع إمكانية الإثبات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل في مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- القدرة على أداء مهام التقدير الصعبة وإعادة القياس النموذجية في صناعة الهندسة والبناء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي واللفظي.
- الإلمام بإجراءات وممارسات الشركة والمشروع.
- فهم واضح للوثائق التجارية لعقود التشييد والرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات، والتأهل ليكون قائد فريق مسح الكميات.
- معرفة عملية بالبرامج المرتبطة عادة بمسح الكميات.
- معرفة عميقة بالأعمال التجارية والتقنية والابتكار والتعاون.
- تحفيز ذاتي وروح المبادرة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وأي لغات أخرى تُعد ميزة إضافية.

- التواصل الكتابي واللفظي الممتاز.

Your impact
- Assist in the financial and contractual aspects of the multiple work packages
- Participate, record and usually prepare the minutes of the progress meetings.
- Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the multiple work packages.
- Finalize the multiple package Contractor’s monthly payment certificates with the assistance of the QS’s.
- Make sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order by the QS’s.
- Advise the SRE and RE’s on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities.
- Evaluate the unit rates for new work items with assistance by the QS’s.
- Establish the way of recording the details and monitor the day works recording and process.
- Advise on contractor’s resource allocations.
- Prepare financial statements for monthly report.
- Audit payments to multiple package Contractors.
- Ensure prompt submitter and completeness of valuations.
- Check and record measurements of completed work.
- Monitor contracts final cost estimates.
- Maintain expenditure records.
- Coordinate and monitor activities of his team.
- Prepare Final Account with all supporting documentation.
Role specific requirements
- Chartered status is a preference.
- 10+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying.
- 5+ years of related work experience in infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Middle East.
- Ability to perform difficult estimating and remeasurement activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with company and project procedures and practices.
- Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, engineering drawings and specifications, and be qualified to be a QS team leader.
- Working knowledge of software typically associated with quantity surveying.

- Self-motivated and driven.
- Proficient in English and any other languages would be added incentive
