شركة Jacobs تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Quantity Surveyor في الجوف، السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق NEOM وتقديم قيادة تعاقدية عبر برنامج رئيسي، مع التركيز على الإدارة التجارية والتعاقدية لمشاريع البناء الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في الجوانب المالية والتعاقدية لحزم العمل المتعددة
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم، وتدوين المحاضر، وإعدادها عادةً
- تقديم الدعم في جميع الأمور المالية والتعاقدية طوال فترة العمل في حزم العمل المتعددة
- إنهاء شهادات الدفع الشهرية للمقاولين في الحزم المتعددة بمساعدة مساحي الكميات
- التأكد من أن جميع سجلات التكاليف والكميات مبسطة ومنظمة من قبل مساحي الكميات
- تقديم المشورة لمهندسي الموقع ومهندسي المقاولين بشأن إجراءات القياس وحساب الكميات المؤقتة والنهائية
- تقييم معدلات الوحدات لعناصر العمل الجديدة بمساعدة مساحي الكميات
- وضع طريقة تسجيل تفاصيل أعمال اليوميات ومراقبة تسجيلها ومعالجتها
- تقديم المشورة بشأن تخصيص موارد المقاولين واستخدامها
- إعداد التقارير المالية والتقارير الشهرية للتكاليف
- مراجعة ومراقبة مدفوعات المقاولين والتقييمات
- التحقق من القياسات والأعمال المنجزة
- مراقبة تكاليف المشروع وسجلات الإنفاق
- تنسيق أنشطة الفريق والعمليات التجارية، وإعداد الحسابات النهائية للمشروع وإنهائها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل الحصول على статуس Chartered (معتمد مهنياً)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مسح الكميات، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع البنية التحتية و3 سنوات في الشرق الأوسط
- خبرة قوية في التقدير والقياس وإعادة القياس، مع معرفة سليمة بعقود البناء والوثائق التجارية والرسومات والمواصفات، وقدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق مسح الكميات

At Jacobs, we push the limits of what is possible to make the world smarter and more connected. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at NEOM and provide contractual leadership across a major programme.
About The Opportunity
Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and contractual management of major construction projects. The role involves cost control, remeasurements, payment certifications, variations, and contract administration while working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the financial and contractual aspects of the multiple work packages
- Participate, record and usually prepare the minutes of the progress meetings.
- Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the multiple work packages.
- Finalize the multiple package Contractor’s monthly payment certificates with the assistance of the QS’s.
- Make sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order by the QS’s.
- Advise the SRE and RE’s on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities.
- Evaluate the unit rates for new work items with assistance by the QS’s.
- Establish the way of recording the details and monitor the day works recording and process.
- Advise on contractor resource allocation and utilization
- Prepare monthly financial and cost reports
- Review and audit contractor payments and valuations
- Verify measurements and completed works
- Monitor project costs and expenditure records
- Coordinate team activities and commercial processes. Prepare and finalize project Final Accounts.
- Chartered status preferred
- 10+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience, including 5+ years on infrastructure projects and 3+ years in the Middle East.
- Strong expertise in estimating, measurement, and remeasurement, with sound knowledge of construction contracts, commercial documentation, drawings, and specifications, and proven ability to lead Quantity Surveying teams.
- Proficient in QS software and digital tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
