شركة أوتيس للمصاعد والسلالم المتحركة (Otis Elevator Co.) تبحث عن مسؤول للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EH&S Officer) للعمل في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق لجميع أنشطة السلامة بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير الداخلية والخارجية.
- التنسيق وإجراء عمليات التدقيق والمراجعة وفقًا للأهداف التي تحددها الشركة.
- تطوير أنشطة مهندسي العمليات والمشرفين من خلال برنامج تدريبي لتمكينهم من إدارة متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مواقعهم مع الفنيين، والمشاركة في تقديم البرنامج.
- توفير المساعدة والدعم الفني فيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات الدورية للسلامة.
- تدريب المهندسين والمشرفين على التحقيق في الحوادث في أقسامهم والمشاركة معهم في تلك التحقيقات.
- تدريب المهندسين والمشرفين على اكتشاف المخاطر والأخطار والمشاركة في تلك الاكتشافات ومتابعة فعالية تدريبهم وعمليات التدقيق.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق مفاجئة للتأكد من تنفيذ متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة كما هو مذكور، بما في ذلك مراجعة الوثائق الداعمة لهذه العملية.
- الامتثال لسياسة السلامة والقواعد والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها للشركة في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التوصية بتحسين ممارسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- ضمان أن مكان العمل آمن لجميع الموظفين (سواء موظفي المكاتب أو الموظفين الميدانيين).
- مراقبة فعالية نظام الاتصالات لضمان حصول جميع الموظفين على اتصالات منتظمة بشأن السلامة عبر محادثات السلامة القصيرة (TBT).
- مراقبة وجود نظام لتدقيق الأدوات وضمان تزويد جميع الموظفين بالأدوات المناسبة والمعتمدة.
- إجراء تقييم مكتوب للمخاطر للمشاريع الجديدة وعند الحاجة.
- مراقبة تنفيذ إجراءات التقدير والعقوبات التأديبية.
- ضمان معالجة ملاحظات التدقيق الخارجي في المواعيد المحددة.
- مراقبة الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث في الوقت المناسب، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية في الوقت المناسب لمنع حدوثها مستقبلًا.
- ضمان حفظ جميع سجلات السلامة بطريقة منهجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول سلامة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- شهادة NEBOSH IGC وشهادة IOSH Managing Safely.
- شهادة ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية).
- معرفة بمعايير OSHA.
- شهادات في الإسعافات الأولية ومكافحة الحرائق.
- معرفة بالمواد أو الممارسات التي قد تكون خطرة.
- خبرة في كتابة تقارير وسياسات الصحة والسلامة.
- الإلمام بتحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة السلامة أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- شهادة في مجال الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- معرفة عملية بنظم معلومات إدارة السلامة (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
- الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على تقديم وشرح موضوعات الصحة والسلامة.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To coordinate all safety activities including preparing internal and external reports.
- To coordinate and carry out audits and reviews according to the targets set by the company.
- To develop the activities of the operations engineers & supervisors through a training program to enable them to manage the Health, Safety and Environment requirements in their respective sites and technicians and to be involved in its delivery.
- To make available assistance and technical support concerning safety periodical requirements.
- To train engineers & supervisors on investigations on accidents in their departments and to share with them on those investigations.
- To train engineers & supervisors on detecting Hazards and risks and to share with them those detections & follow up the effectiveness of their training & audits.
- To conduct Unannounced audits to ensure that EH&S requirements are being implemented as mentioned before and to include reviewing documentation supporting this process.
- Comply with the Safety Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
- Recommend improved EH&S practices.
- Ensure that the workplace is safe for all employees (both office staff and field employees).
- Monitor that the system of communications is effective so that all the employees get regular communications regarding safety in the form of TBT’s.
- Monitor that the system exists for auditing the tools and ensure all employees are provided with proper tools which are duly certified.
- Conduct written Risk Assessment for new projects and as required.
- Monitor the recognition and disciplinary action implementation.
- Ensure that all external audits observations are attended on the given deadlines.
- Monitor that all accidents are getting reported on a timely manner and thereafter corrective and preventive actions are taken on the right time to prevent further occurrences.
- Ensure all the safety records are maintained in a very methodical way.
- Proven experience as Safety officer minimum 05 years.
- NEBOSH IGC and IOSH managing safely certifications.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. - Occupational health and safety management certification
- Knowledge of OSHA.
- First Aid and fire fighting certifications.
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
- Experience in writing reports and policies for Health and Safety.
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Diligent with great attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
- BSC/BA in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred.
- Certificate in Health and Safety field.
- Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.
