تعلن شركة Sofitel (ضمن مجموعة Accor) عن توفر وظيفة وكيل سلامة (للسعوديين فقط) في منطقة مكة المكرمة، بهدف تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تفتيش سلامة دوري في جميع أنحاء الفندق بما في ذلك مناطق الضيوف والمرافق الخلفية والمطابخ والمناطق العامة.
- تحديد والإبلاغ عن الظروف غير الآمنة والمخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- مراقبة الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة في الفندق.
- التأكد من أن مخارج الطوارئ وأبواب الحريق وطرق الإخلاء ونقاط التجمع متاحة وموضّحة بوضوح.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية لطفايات الحريق وأنظمة الإنذار ومعدات الطوارئ ومرافق السلامة الأخرى.
- الإبلاغ عن أي معدات سلامة تالفة أو مفقودة أو معطلة إلى القسم المعني.
- المساعدة في الاستجابة لإنذارات الحريق والطوارئ الطبية والحوادث وغيرها من حالات الطوارئ.
- دعم إجراءات الإخلاء وتدريبات الطوارئ حسب توجيهات إدارة السلامة أو الأمن.
- تسجيل والإبلاغ عن الحوادث والإصابات والوقائع القريبة والظروف غير الآمنة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على قوائم تفتيش السلامة وسجلاتها والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- متابعة القسم المعني بشأن مشكلات السلامة المبلغ عنها والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة بين الزملاء والمقاولين.
- المساعدة في تقديم التوعية السلامة للزملاء الجدد عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من امتثال المقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات لمتطلبات السلامة بالفندق أثناء العمل.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الهندسة والأمن والتدبير المنزلي والمطبخ وغيرها بشأن قضايا الصحة والسلامة.
- دعم الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والحرائق والدفاع المدني المحلية.
- الحفاظ على السرية والاحترافية في التعامل مع حوادث وتقارير السلامة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالسلامة يكلف بها مدير السلامة أو الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ ويفضل الحصول على شهادة أو مؤهل في الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- خبرة سابقة في دور سلامة أو صحة وسلامة مهنية أو عمليات فندقية، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة.
- معرفة أساسية بسلامة الحرائق وإجراءات الطوارئ وتحديد المخاطر وسلامة مكان العمل.
- معرفة معايير ولوائح الصحة والسلامة المعمول بها.
- قدرة جيدة على الملاحظة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.
- القدرة على تحديد المخاطر ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً وفعالاً أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية تشمل برامج Microsoft Office.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة OSHA.
- الخبرة العملية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على لغات إضافية تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description
High School Diploma or equivalent; a certificate or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety is an advantage.
Previous experience in a safety, health & safety, or hotel operations role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, risk identification, and workplace safety.
Knowledge of applicable health and safety standards and regulations.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to identify hazards and follow up on corrective actions.
Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
OSHA certificat

Job Description
- Conduct regular safety inspections throughout guest areas, back-of-house areas, kitchens, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, and potential risks and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken.
- Monitor compliance with hotel health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure emergency exits, fire doors, evacuation routes, and assembly points remain accessible and clearly marked.
- Conduct routine checks of fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, emergency equipment, and other safety facilities.
- Report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning safety equipment to the relevant department.
- Assist in responding to fire alarms, medical emergencies, accidents, and other emergency situations.
- Support evacuation procedures and emergency drills as directed by the Safety or Security Management.
- Record and report accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain safety inspection checklists, logs, and related documentation.
- Follow up with relevant departments on reported safety issues and corrective actions.
- Promote safe working practices among colleagues and contractors.
- Assist with safety inductions and awareness sessions for new colleagues when required.
- Ensure contractors and service providers comply with hotel safety requirements while working on-site.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and other departments on health and safety matters.
- Support compliance with applicable local health, safety, fire, and civil defense requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling safety incidents and reports.
